I went to the Culver’s in the north east part of Omaha. I had heard how wonderful it was from my 91 year old mother who lives there. So I decided to surprise her with a couple of pints of hand packed ice cream. I placed my order for 2 hand packed ice cream and it was to the shift leader. He handed me my number #61. They later called my number and brought me 2 shake type cups with spoons in them. I told the girl that I ordered hand packed. She told me, this is what you ordered. I tried to tell her, but they were busy, so I just left the store. Unimpressed with the store and their service. Quite frankly the ice cream was very creamy as advertised. However is was bland in flavor. You more than likely will be more satisfied with the selection at Hy Vee. At least you will get what you asked for.

Worst customer service ever they're always messing up on their orders twice in a row and they only send you a certificate for a for a stupid side or they want you to drive 20-30 minutes to correct your order will never go back we're done with them the prices have gone up customer service is the worst it's ever been

They would not honour free chicken sandwich, just because I was a Jewish. The white German woman at the window she was rude, yelling and she was lying. My family and I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone. Two thumbs down 👎👎
