I used to go here for milkshakes and food. The service sucks now and the large milkshake is the size of small. They charged me the price of a large milkshake and handed me this tiny cup and when I asked what the deal was they said “recent change. They are smaller now”. For the same amount of money? Screw Culver’s!

I love the butter burgers and custard! Absolutely delicious every time. The changing flavor of the day is fun. Be prepared for a good wait tho, not the fastest of fast food, and to be asked to pull up to the side in the drive thru, which seems to defeat the purpose of a drive thru but to each their own. I do wish the cheese curds were more like Freddy’s. Overall good food.
Got the chicken tenders, fries, and, of course, the custard to dip the fries into.

Food is only good if you get there around lunch. If you can get it. I don't go in often and the drive through is usually pretty good. The walk in service is the worst I have seen almost anywhere. Walked in 2 people in line and 8 cars in the drive through. I figure it will be a bit quicker... nope. Lady at the register is slow and wants to chat more than work. There is an open register and the kid behind the counter is spacing off with his hands in his pockets doing nothing. All 8 cars got orders in before I could even talk to a cashier. MOST PEOPLE NEED TO GET BACK TO WORK! Abhorrent service or lack there of.

Food is always good. But when I tell you this staff is wonderful, we entered, and EVERYONE that could see my partner and I walk in said hello. Is it cheesy, yes. But it's so fun and a great eat.

Ok I want to start out by saying the General Manager Erik went above and beyond!! I decided to bring the grand baby because she’s never ate inside. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted which I was like oh ok this is definitely not Mickie D’s or B. King lol. We ordered and went to go sit down. A few minutes into eating our food, Erik walks over to us and begins a convo about the coupons on the kids meal bag along with all of the options on the menu. Now me I guess I never look at anything else other than burgers because that’s our go to. Well Erik went a step further, he actually gave me a sample of the ice cream (since the grand baby had a coupon for it which again was on her kids meal bag) and brought a sample of the potato soup. YALL I WAS IN HEAVEN WITH THAT SOUP!!! I’ve never in my life had someone do this at an establishment. The other thing I enjoyed was the all around customer service and I expressed that to him. He told me something that I was in awe about. Erik said “you are OUR guest NOT a customer.” I looked at him like wow I’m sold on Culver’s all over again!!!!! I’m sure many of you eat at Culver’s so you all know the freshness of everything is what makes everyone keep coming back! THANK YOU ERIK FOR YOU & YOUR STAFFS HOSPITALITY!!!!!!!

Visit this location and the cashier took a order for outside I guess,but he left the register went outside. Then came back took my order,then turn around and grab food. Never once wash his hand after taking money then going outside. The POS is full of germs because everyone use it ,plus you must wash your hands .This is not a good practice, and using tongs,you still need to wash your hands. Grems are real,cross comtatantion is real. I hope they change this practice.
