Never go to this culvers when it is close to closing time. They dont care how things turn out. Me and my husband ordered concrete mixers and neither one of ours was mixed correctly. They were also only 3/4ths of the way full. Had the correct mixings in them just weren't mixed right

Absolutely stellar service on 01/02/26 at 3:30pm. Everyone working was extremely friendly and professional. Especially the team working the windows and drive thru.

I order a Swiss Mushroom Burger which was good & a Cod Filet Dinner which I typically love, UNfortunately, the bun was BURNT. I was already on to my next stop or I would have gladly turned around & went back.
I called to tell them, at the Miami location in Omaha, & spoke to Evan. He stated a free meal coupon would be sent out & would be to me by the end of the year.
This location needs to do better. A cook putting out a BURNT bun & an attitude when I called. BOTH of these people need to improve.
*Update: The free basket meal coupon was sent & received Mon., 12/29/25. I had the opportunity to use it yesterday & everything was good!! Significant improvement, so I will return upon my next opportunity to do so!! Food & young man working the drive through order window were both very good!! Thank You for following through with keeping your word.

Slowest drive through you’ll ever go to. Even if there’s only two cars ahead of you be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. Last time I went, the person taking orders in the drive through was just plain rude, he misheard my order and then offered no apology and took no action to correct it. I’m usually pretty understanding when it comes to fast food service and what they have to deal with but this was just completely unnecessary. This location has been going downhill for a couple years now which is such a shame because I really enjoy Culver’s.

This is the second time we went for ice cream and it is completely melted and dripping down the side of the cone. The employees expect you to take the cone from them when it is halfway gone and running down the side.

I reviewed this location before and gave them a rating of 3. Today when I went through their drive-thru for lunch, they have lowered it down to a rating of 1. I went through just after 1 p.m. It was way faster than usual as they are the slowest fast food restaurant to which I have ever been. They gave me my drink with no ice - which I didn't order. When they gave me my food in line, there was no itemized receipt. It had a list of what I ordered and a total, but no list price of each item, no tax, nothing about my credit card, etc. When I asked the young lady about a receipt, she just said, "They didn't give me one," and that was about it. I called the location and spoke with Clayton. He accused me of yelling and talking over him, which he was talking over me and I was absolutely not even raising my voice. He offered no apology, and no receipt. He promptly let me know he was not into helping me, nor being a reasonable manager. I have left a message with their corporate headquarters to call me back. Their food is good but less than what it used to be; their service, especially their leadership, is to be desired. I'll just go visit other locations where the service is way better than what Clayton provided today.
