I reviewed this location before and gave them a rating of 3. Today when I went through their drive-thru for lunch, they have lowered it down to a rating of 1. I went through just after 1 p.m. It was way faster than usual as they are the slowest fast food restaurant to which I have ever been. They gave me my drink with no ice - which I didn't order. When they gave me my food in line, there was no itemized receipt. It had a list of what I ordered and a total, but no list price of each item, no tax, nothing about my credit card, etc. When I asked the young lady about a receipt, she just said, "They didn't give me one," and that was about it. I called the location and spoke with Clayton. He accused me of yelling and talking over him, which he was talking over me and I was absolutely not even raising my voice. He offered no apology, and no receipt. He promptly let me know he was not into helping me, nor being a reasonable manager. I have left a message with their corporate headquarters to call me back. Their food is good but less than what it used to be; their service, especially their leadership, is to be desired. I'll just go visit other locations where the service is way better than what Clayton provided today.

I've gone to this location for years, but don't expect to be going again. They didn't follow the order and forgot all the toppings on the burger which has never happened before. When I went back in they asked what toppings they should put on it and I said everything that goes with a Culver's deluxe burger. Then they proceeded to ask me what those toppings were. My wife had ordered it for me and I don't know, but I certainly thought they would have known.

I picked this up for our evening meal, but the burger patty is so small it's not going to fill me up. I asked the guy at the counter and he said all patties are the same. It's about three bites. I'm unable to load a photo at this time, but it's about a 4-in by 3-in patty that is about a third of an inch tall. That's their deluxe burger apparently.

I'm sorry I never fill these out. A combo cheeseburger comes with fries....what....what do you mean....I got the burger....wow...if it were me I would stop the line... And move employees so that everyone feels the lack of fries is why you're doing trash duty... something...

Great guilt-less burgers and fried food isn't greasy. Burgers are cooked to order, never saw the microwaved. Gotta love the homemade taste of custard ice cream! Thanks Culver's for staying original, even when hard times hit.

I believe the manager I spoke with was Bee (sp?). They were doing a great job! Everything was running smoothly & quickly. Positive attitudes. It was a very good experience. Thank you so much for all you do!

Ordered 1 concrete mixer with only one car ahead of me. Was told to pull ahead and they gave me a number. Waiting for 5 minutes, before any other car orders. 3 more cars proceed to make their orders and all of them get their orders before me. Their orders were full meals and ice cream. After about 25 minutes i had to call one of the runners over,or who knows how long I would have been waiting. I was told they were having issues with their machine.... So no one was gonna tell me? Just leave me sitting there? But somehow after I got their attention the concrete mixer was out right away all nice and melted. Telling me they just forgot and didn't take ownership. Horrible experience at a place I use to enjoy.

So check this, I so enjoyed my 1st Pot Roast sandwich, I ordered again later on that night, of course at another location. DUDE, there was barely any beef on my sandwich. I was highly disappointed as the 1 I had earlier in the day was overflowing with meat.
