While waiting for my order last night, the kids working there were really loud. They were loud to the point of pretty much yelling. A: learn what are and are not workplace appropriate conversations. B: learn to use your inside voice. Stop being so loud.
This location used to be SO much better. Charging what you charge automatically raises the bar on what is expected of your food and your employees.
The person cooking the food is rock solid. I've always had good food from here.

This location is garbage and ran by a bunch of highschoolers that are rude and mean not only to customers but to other staff. My daughter came out crying cuz of a manager named Cameron and nobody did anything about it. The way they treat customers at this location is not cool. My family and I will not be returning. This is ridiculous! I had to give a 1 star but they don't even deserve that!

I noticed that people with MULTIPLE bags of food were getting food before my one bag of food with two burgers. When they had ordered over 5 minutes after me. It seems this culver’s does not prioritize what they should.

We somewhat frequent this Culver’s and usually have nothing but praise for this establishment. Today, I was dissatisfied and disappointed. I watched as my timer for my order (which I ordered ahead) reached 15 minutes while multiple orders in the drive-thru never surpassed 8 minutes. I’ve worked in fast food before and for years. I understand the importance of getting the drive-thru cleared out and ensuring they get their food before the lobby. They are the ones in a hurry.
One complaint is that I don’t think they began my order until I asked about my food the second time. That’s not even why I’m here. I was most concerned and disappointed seeing multiple workers barehand my burger (along with everyone else’s food) while packaging it. If it wasn’t because I had already waited, had already paid good money, and had a hungry partner at home, I would’ve just left. Will reconsider this place next time. Please, wear gloves guys, even for optics.
