These cupcakes are incredible. My daughter and I are in town visiting for a few weeks, and we arrived the day before her 5th birthday. This little store is just down the street from where we are staying, so I decided to come here to get some cupcakes to celebrate her big day. We were not disappointed. We got a six pack of cupcakes, six different flavors, and they were all to die for. We got the vanilla wedding cake, raspberry lemon, pink champagne, Kit Kat caramel, and two others that I cannot remember. I don’t doubt that every single flavor here is amazing. We were greeted with warmth and a smile when we walked in, and I can only assume the baker is the owner. It happened to be his birthday as well, which was pretty neat. You can tell he takes the utmost pride in his baking. The cupcakes are perfectly moist and springy, and the cake to frosting ratio is well balanced. The frosting is delicious, none of that synthetic tasting heavy big box store frosting. Perfectly light and fluffy and not too sweet but sweet enough. Not only are the cupcakes delicious, but they present beautifully, and I think they are well priced. I wish I had taken photos, but didn’t think to until after we have devoured all of the cupcakes! I look forward to coming back to try other flavors. 10/10 recommend for all of your celebration needs or just for a little indulgent treat every now and then.

We love this place! We have always enjoyed the cupcakes from here, especially after seeing a movie at Film Streams, right next door! We decided to get cake and cupcakes for our wedding and they were amazing! Our cake was perfectly decorated and tasted just as good. The guests loved the cupcakes and complimented them, asking which company made them. The employees here are lovely and offer great services! We highly recommend!

Cupcake Omaha made our baby’s gender reveal cake, and it was perfect! They were so easy to work with, super flexible, and the cake was absolutely stunning and delicious. Everyone loved it, and I’m definitely using them again! 💙

Great cupcakes!
Abosolutely loved the place. If you love cupcakes, this is a must visit place. Chris was so nice and friendly. I bought the double chocolate and coconut vanilla cup cakes. Amazingly delicious. They have Tuesday offer $2.50 each cupcake.
Delicious! I’m glad I took the recommendation and tried the salted nut roll cupcake. It was awesome. We will definitely be back when we are back in town.
Okay, in the Big O for my birthday, on our way downtown, we stopped for gas and saw a “cupcake” storefront in Dundee. From the Monet, we got out of the car and saw the case full of cupcakes. We knew we hit the lottery. I walked in and had the friendliest greeting. I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of different flavors we got: 8 cupcakes, Boston cream pie, lemon filled, Andy’s mint, German chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate raspberry, and cookies & cream. Omgurd the cake was so moist and filled in the center, every cupcake flavor was perfect, and everyone was so light. Way to go! And why am I not seeing you on TikTok!?! Where's the BIG O influencers?!?
All the cupcakes were moist, flavorful, and topped with the silkiest buttercream you’ll ever taste. The flavor selection is outstanding, ranging from classic vanilla and chocolate to creative flavors like lemon and mint chip chocolate. Every bite is a perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming.
Cupcake really good had filling in the inside a 10/10 had my uncle try it and he took it from me he said he loved it amazing

I stopped in a week ago to buy cupcakes. I walked in and stood there for a few minutes while hearing two people talking in the back, neither of them paying any attention to customers or the front door. One of them spotted me so she came to the front. I asked her if their cupcakes have xylitol. She didn’t know, so she asked her coworker, the older man with the ponytail I’ve seen in there in the back kitchen before. He came up front and I said I was going to treat my dog to a cupcake and was planning on buying more, the rest of which would be for human consumption. Old ponytail guy proceeded to simultaneously interrogate and lecture me and said that I should feed my dog “healthy food.” I said, one cupcake per year is not going to have any detrimental effect on a dog (who weighs 65 lbs by the way and is not overweight) and that I am simply wondering if their cupcakes have xylitol. He then said he didn’t know if that ingredient was in their “mixes” and said they buy pre-made mixes for all of their products. He said that he recently let his dog have gum that had xylitol in it and because this is poison to dogs he spent hundreds of dollars at the vet so his dog wouldn’t die. I said yes I know that, which is why I am asking about your ingredients. He continued to shame me for being a careless dog owner (for asking in advance, I guess??), for feeding my dog unhealthy food, and for even THINKING about feeding my dog a cupcake. I repeated, sir I am not feeding my dog “unhealthy” food, I take excellent care of my dogs, and I am asking precisely so my dog does NOT get poisoned, you know, like your dog did. I reiterated that one cupcake per year will not harm a dog. He then started going on about how I shouldn’t be feeding my dog chocolate (I never ever said anything about chocolate, as I am not an idiot) but he went off on a tangent. He continued to interrupt and talk over me and I said I guess I’m not buying anything from you, for humans or dogs, ever again.
I am a Dundee resident and I have been a customer here for a long time. I won’t be back. Old ponytail guy interrupts and talks over women, shames customers, accuses people of doing things they’re not doing, is an irresponsible dog owner himself, has no idea what’s ingredients are in their products, and admitted they don’t make anything from scratch. This was one of the most bizarre interactions I’ve ever had at any retail establishment. This guy is out of control and has no idea how to conduct himself with customers.
Tldr: guy who works here won’t tell you what’s in their product; admitted they use mixes and don’t make their stuff from scratch; judges, shames, interrupts, invalidates, lectures, and talks over women; and has zero customer service skills.

3 of us stopped on a sun afternoon for a cupcake. We are sr citizens. & asked to use bathroom while there. The young man said no public restrooms. Being out of towners we didn't really know. Where to go so my friend who wears a brace walked across Dodge to use a service station bathroom. I think this was very rude to make her walk across the street. What did he think ? she was too going to destroy or leave a mess? That treatment alone would never allow us to buy anything there again or recommend this place. Just because you are located in Dundee you shouldn't be above being kind.

Customer service is none existent. I come in with my family and I see that he's on the phone. Instead of acknowledging us he makes eye contact and turns around. We wait for ten minutes and he still doesn't acknowledge us. Not even a "I'll be with you in just a second" he just ignores us. Wanted to order my little girls birthday cake and two dozen cupcakes but guess we will try a different bakery. 🤷🏾♀️

My mother and I stopped by late on a Sunday afternoon to find the shop open and with a great selection, and a delightful young man manning the shop. We sat inside and tasted the ones we finally decided on only to decide to get more quickly .. they were so good!! I love the fact he’s named one of the cupcakes after his mother … how sweet !! It’s a cute, wonderful place to go… it’d be fun on a date.

Don't go here unless you're ok with mediocrity, showing a picture of one thing and getting another, and then being told "it’s ridiculous that you’re complaining" and being yelled at when you are not satisfied as the customer paying extra for a special order. My family has been customers for years and years - before, Chris (the owner), even opened Cupcake Omaha, but this is how we were treated, and Chris the owner has not called nor tried to even make this right. All I wanted was frosted sunflower cupcakes like the pictures I showed them and they took a picture so they knew and would remember (see below - big fluffy frosted sunflower cupcakes), but what I got was sloppy sunflower cupcakes made of fondant that were not full nor fluffy and as you can see were flat and falling on the side of the frosting, (see picture below) they looked like they were thrown together last minute in a hurry. The frosting didn’t even cover the whole cupcake. I was too embarrassed to even put these on my Instagram on my birthday, but more importantly, Chris should have been embarrassed with HIS work. AND to top it all off, they did not even taste good. They were dry and tasted stale! Cupcake Omaha and Chris have lost my business; I will never be returning! On my birthday I was sad, disappointed, and crushed by my experience with Cupcake Omaha. Customer beware!
