My first time at Cups Cafe. Cute little cozy gem in the Florence area. I was attending an event at No More Empty Pots which is in the same building. The Barista was very friendly and helpful. She created a sweet Chai latte that was amazing. I should've ordered a large 😆.

Just discovered this incredible gem in Florence his morning. It is so much more than we expected. Justin was outstanding and beside making us wonderful coffee, he gave us a full tour, this coffee shop is just the tip of this iceberg. You need to ask about the rest of the building opportunities. We will definitely come back.

Service was amazing! You can get 10% off right now if you are a new customer. I love supporting local businesses and they really made sure that we were well off. I also got the lemon rosemary shortbread with my coffee, and that was also amazing.
The workers here were very sweet. They had really good prices and offer 10% off for your first visit and student discounts. The environment was very chill and if I wasn’t going away for college I would definitely come here for some coffee and to study. I got a mocha latte and it was one of the best I’ve had. I also got the sherry walnut bundt cake which had just the right amount of sweetness. I’ll definitely come back!
