Lobby closed early, I had to pick up my order in the huge drive-thru row and my order was already ready. Terrible service.

Went there and ordered a shake, the guy made five other ice creams except mine and I sat there for 10 minutes so I ended up driving away I would highly not recommend going to the store. The service is absolutely terrible.

Sitting in a drive through at order mic for 10 minutes saying I'm ready when u r now and then just ignoring me and then getting the next person's order in less then 5 minutes is shitty working I get that there might not be many ppl working but to ignore all together like for real y'all could have just said hold on or something y'all other need more ppl or just ppl to pay attention and do the job they were hired to do

Worst service today in the drive thru. Rude to customers, it's not the customers job to figure out how you're supposed to do your job. Insisted there is chocolate syrup in a heath blizzard which there is not has never been we've ordered there for 10 years has never been I will never return again goodbye dairy Queen the only reason you've gotten our service is because you're the only dairy Queen in all of that area. Tired of going here and getting a hit or miss rude person a hit or miss different amount to pay for the same exact thing I've been ordering for 10 years absolutely done

So, I went through the drive thru with my wife and tried to order a sundae and we tried to describe what kind we wanted. The guy that was taking the order was rude and disrespectful to say the least. We told him that the speaker was not working right and I was unable to hear him. That was the last time my wife and I will be going to this location, it has gone down so far that it needs to be torn down or new employees. I hate to say it but this place is “trash” and it sucks.

The food was decent but it took 20 and 30 minutes for two orders. DQ is notorious with exceptionally slow service but with nobody in the drive through and nobody in the restaurant, this was unacceptable. The staff kindly apologized.
Two times my son has ordered door dash through this location off 72nd street and each time the food bag wasn't a part of the order... The ice cream and drink bag always came with the order... But somehow each time his food bag was never brought... Luckily door dash is able to send out another driver with the food bag though each time but still it's ridiculous...
So I told my son that next time I will just bring him to the place physically to get his food...
If u provide a service through door dash you should usually do your job the right way or stop using door dash if u can't do it right... Just saying.

What's not to love about DQ!? This was my first job ever when I was 14, and I still love it today! Food and ice cream alike are excellent for a fast food option. It's made fresh to order, and aside from the sometimes lengthy drive thru and/or lobby line, I truly have no complaints!;

My son and I visited your establishment after a long day last night (10/2/2024). While we were looking over the menu, my 7-year-old son had an acid reflux reaction, which caused him significant discomfort. I immediately asked for water to help soothe his throat. As my son was drinking the water, I noticed several employees smirking and laughing, which came across as very rude and unprofessional. This situation wasn’t funny at all, and my son felt embarrassed by the attention.
I appreciated the quick response in providing the water, but we chose to leave and get ice cream elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning.

I showed up 50 minutes before closing time to order a couple of blizzards. I was informed that the manager had left early and so they closed the store early. The “open” sign was still on this whole time. What a poor way to run a business.
