I just visited this location today. I had a Buy one blizzard get one free coupon. I showed the coupon to the guy that worked there and he said he is new and doesnt know how to use the coupons and told me to wait for the manager that was using the restroom at the time. After almost 15 minutes of waiting the manager is coming with her friend and i told her i had coupon for the blizzard. She was so rude to me and talked while turning her back on me and saying " go find yourself a printer and come back". No i am sorry that u waited for that long or anythimg. Like i was asking her from her money. So unproffesional. I will never go and spend a penny in this location. Very dissaponted!!!! Will spread the word about her too. She was a hispanic older lady!!!

Long wait times but the brain freeze helped me forgetall about it..
The ice cream was great, however the service was terrible. Our server Mysha looked so miserable to be working there. I didn't get a how can I help you? Nor was I read my total. I don't expect much out of a dairy queen but I expected a little more generosity from a franchise.
