I went to Dairy Queen for a nice delicious Dilly bar. It was so good I may have had a few passionate moments with it before I finished it... We listen and we don't judge.

I’m such a fatty I love this location! The ice cream is to die for I’ll tell ya what! I could literally just stuff my face under the ice cream machine and guzzle every last drop of ice cream until this place turns into mc Donald’s telling everyone that the ice cream machine is down! Don’t get me started on the food.. it’s so fresh I swear when I was eating my burger I heard a few moo’s . And the onion rings.. usually I cry when I cut unions but these are so good that I just cry because they taste so crispy and sweet. And now just writing this, I am in my car speeding to get some ice cream and food.

Service was awful Ashley took my order then left leaving me to have to reach over the counter to grab my receipt. We waited for fifteen minutes to get our blizzards there were many other people that came and left the drive through in the time we were there. Finally we went up to them and asked for our blizzards which took them 30 seconds to make. In conclusion awful costumer service.

I’m not the one to typically leave reviews but having grown up in Omaha I’ve had many experiences at this DQ, most of which haven’t been the best. Took us at least 10 minutes just for the cashier to ring up our order for 2. Food came up really quick but was cold, the fries and tenders seemed very undercooked and the burger was terribly overcooked and seemed stale. My fiancé and I can’t afford to buy food and not be able to eat it so I went up to ask for new fries. Took the ‘manager’ about 5 minutes to come up and he was able to give us fresh fries which were actually nice and hot and good. Makes me wonder how long our food was sitting there before we got it because of how cold it was? I get having a bad experience at a restaurant once.. maybe twice but with this DQ it’s every time now. I really miss the good old days with this location! Please fix it!!!!!?????

Walked out of the place. Apparently there was some type of kids fundraiser. Lots of screaming children. One person taking orders with a long line of potential customers. Previous visits were good but avoid special event days.

Do not go to this Dairy Queen. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. First we go to the drive thru- no answer. We do a lap to make sure they’re not closed, they’re wide open. We go back through, I have to call out to get someone to take our order. We order a brownie batter blizzard, everything goes fine. We get our food and we get an Oreo Blizzard because “the brownie batter blizzard got discontinued”.

A) why let us order it? B) why decide for us that we want an Oreo blizzard instead?

What is going on?

Edit the day after: I tried to call the store and speak to a manager and got the message “Your call can not be taken right now and your voicemail can not be taken.” Is this some kind of scheme from Dairy Queen to deliver awful service and not accept any feedback?

Last week we went and bought 3 Blizzards, all of which were very under filled. My husband called and talked to the GM and she said they would be happy to replace them, so just come in and let them know she had approved it.

We went inside, and first of all, it was very dirty. Sticky floor covered in dirt like it was winter and people had been tracking in dirty snow. We were the only ones at the counter and there was one car at the drive thru. There were 4 people in the front doing nothing. One person, who is apparently a supervisor, slowly wandered over and kind of stood behind the register. I ordered a Blizzard and told him my husband was told they would have 3 free Blizzards per the GM. He said, “I’ve been gone for two days.” I don’t know what that had to do with anything. I said I’m sure you have a log book or something for those kinds of issues and he just looked at me. I motioned to the others and asked if any of them would know anything. Then he said he’d just call the GM right from his cell phone at the register .He said, “These people say that you gave them free Blizzards.” Then he loudly said, “You should have told me!! I didn’t look at the board!” Then he looks at me and said, “She said she can’t do it anymore.” He tried to have a serious face and then started laughing. They ended up making the Blizzards and we left completely flabbergasted by the whole interaction. When we got home and took the lid off we had another Blizzard that looked like the top quarter had been eaten again.

I would be so embarrassed to own a location that is run like this!

Doors to the lobby are locked at 745 and won’t let anyone in, demanding only to fill orders through drive thru, no notice on door and only telling folks when they call.
