We were walking through Omaha, and this Dairy Queen was near our hotel, so we stopped by before checking in. I think it was a Wednesday night, a couple months ago now, and this place was packed! But the kitchen was hustling and orders were getting out fast. I was impressed. I think we had walked about 24 miles that day, and I was starving, so I was super thankful for the quick and friendly service here. Thanks again, guys!

I usually never go to this one because we always have bad service here but kids were hungry and it was close by. Told us that the kitchen was closed when it was only 7pm. There were no lights on in the parking lot so i assumed they were closed but there were people inside. The people in the back didnt seem to care that there were people in the lobby (waiting what I was assuming ice cream since no one could order actually food) they were loud and not very helpful to the kid up front. All in all a bad place because of how awful the service is and I am normally a DQ person because of the food.

Went in today for food for the family. There were kids in middle school making all kinds of noise and running around the store with no adult supervision. When I asked employees for Togo lids for blizzards I was ignored I had to get a little loud to get there attention. There was only on employee that helped us and he was kitchen staff not service. There management and from of house staff need some additional training in customer service. If you go here the order and food was great, but the service is terrible.

Incredibly slow. Ordered on the app and still spent 10min in drive through and another 10 in the parking lot for a chicken strip basket. But I got the ice cream immediately so it was melted by the time I got home.

I will never go to this restaurant ever again. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband went to pick it up. It wasn’t even there so apparently the idiot that took the order didn’t even put it in and I got no apology. Nothing if people don’t want a job then they shouldn’t be working. Customer service is awful.
I never seen a place that sells banana splits but NEVER has bananas. They say the bananas go bad which I can understand but they ALWAYS go bad? Why not just go to a local store and buy some just to have on hand.

i found poop in my blizzard that was supposed to be butterfingers i also got a burger that was not completely cooked a bunch of pink in it also the guy serving me the food and ice cream was extremely rude i wouldn’t recommend coming here

I ordered a pb cup Blizzard, and it was mixed perfectly lots of pb cups and a great ice cream consistency. The service was super fast, even though they were pretty busy. The person at the counter was friendly and efficient, and my Blizzard was ready in no time. It's great when you can get a delicious treat without a long wait. The restaurant was clean, and the tables were well-maintained. It's a nice spot to take a break and enjoy your ice cream. Overall, this Dairy Queen is a great option for a quick and tasty treat. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the mood for a Blizzard!
