Stopped by for a couple blizzards. We haven't been to DQ for a while, but were shocked that a medium blizzard is almost $7, and it seems like the medium cups have even gotten a smaller. It's getting to the point that only Warren Buffett will be able to eat at DQ.
The blizzard tasted OK. At least there were alot of add-ins I the blizzard.

Grease or deep fryer needs to be cleaned all fried foods have an after taste that reminds me or a dirty deep fryer. Also the burger bread was stale and meat dry like it's been under a heat lamp all day. DQ used to be made to order. The previous management had much better food quality.

2nd time in a row they've closed like an hour early you're open till 9 right? This is becoming the norm for businesses. Just one more I won't be visiting. Used to have a standard of people you hire not here! The date is Nov 4th 25 I was there at 830 pm should change your hours on Google if you wanna close early

Call in and order for a cake. Ask for a message to be written on the cake. They won’t tell you until you get there that the message won’t fit. Floors are dirty and people standing around on their phones. You ask for purple frosting and get red

O k dairy queen this was really Ridiculous, it took me 25 minutes from the time. I ordered to the timeline left and in between that. Nobody told me I would have a 15 minute waiting time. I simply ask them to go ahead and give me my money back. There's my card refund everything I cannot wait simple request. The gentleman came to the window a different guy and told me. It should be only 5 minutes. However, he was correct I waited in there spot on the other side of the building. It was 5 minutes kudos to you. However, when I made my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup for no mustard. I ordered the combo I paid for everything, including a chicken meal. It came up well over $25. Used my coupons it went down in price. When they came and gave me my order. It was a single cheeseburger smotherd in ketchup with no fries. I don't know if they did it on purpose. Because I was trying to be as nice as possible. I went in. I didn't realize about the Burger. But I did notice the fry so they gave me fries. However, those were cold. I was to the point where I just wanted to go. But when I went home, the hamburger was loaded with ketchup. The person that ordered the hamburger is highly allergic to it, when she went to take the bite. I noticed the ketchup and stopped her!! come on, Dairy Queen. The problem started off by only having 2 employees. You had these guys working doing their job For multiple people in the drive thru with multiple people inside the store. I blame you. I bring blame on your corporate. You are so lucky but she didn't take a bite out of that hamburger! Thank you Moe and the other gentleman for trying! I hope you get more help.

Always ask for extras in our blizzards and never do they give it to you even tho you pay extra for it. About to stop coming here

After waiting for nearly a half hour, half the order was incorrect and the other half was soup (melted ice cream). For being under new ownership:management, it’s not going to last long. Save yourself some time and go to a different location.
