This place would be improved by being bulldozed down. The parking lot and drive through lane has pot holes so big they literally shut the lane down. The drive thru speaker has been out of order for MONTHS. No wonder the service is subpar and the food isn't lacking in the quality and fresh department. I'm not joking when I say this place is bad. DQ corporate should do a visit and they would be shocked and disgusted by what they find. I would never want to have a location like this represent my brand. They need to step it up.

Ordered a cake online early in the week to pick up Sunday. Went in to pick it up, only to find out that it had never been made. Supervisor on duty was apologetic and said the person in that position was very unreliable. I got a cake out of the freezer because my event was that day and didnt want to disappoint the kids.

I've gotten food from this location 3 times and all 3 times the order was wrong. The food is subpar, too. The queso is pretty good, to be fair, but the pretzel sticks were greasy and floppy, and my fish sandwich was very bland. I will reserve judgement of Dairy Queen in general until I try a different location, but this one will no longer be getting my business.

As I was buying an ice cream cone I noticed the counter below the blizzard machines had massive amount of debris of food and ice cream and cookie crumble which is disgusting. Also, the bathrooms are terrible, I mean like a gas station terrible. There's also a man walking around each time I've been there who doesn't seem right.

Staff are very...unenthusiastic and seem bored with their lives, walk around in cutoff shirts. Food, sub-par. This is my 4th and last time at this establishment. Went there on a Sunday and I'm not sure the employees couldn't have been more pissed that it was busy. 3 ice cream orders with no lids and poorly constructed (a drop of hot fudge in a hot fudge sundae, blizzards not mixed) and I'm pretty sure if they could have thrown them at me, they would have. Never had problems here before but cautious if they're busy apparently. You'll be cleaning your car and garage up with the ice cream you purchased.

This is the grossest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Dining area covered in trash, sticky tables, and the floor looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Bathrooms were tiny and disgusting. I can’t imagine the conditions of the kitchen.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard extra pie pieces on wed September 3 and what I got was… vanilla ice cream, some nutmeg topping maybe? no whip, and a single lonely pie piece floating in there. I just hope karma is real and the person who made that gets exactly what they’ve been craving all day — except it shows up watered-down, wrong, and disappointing. Went to a different Dairy Queen today ordered the same thing, and it was amazing, enough for me to come back and want to write this review. We even joked about bringing the blizzard up to you guys so we could dissect it for you lol idk show you what it should look like (I left a nice review for the location that decided to do their job correctly) hope this feedback can help, but I won’t be back to try.

Ordered a chicken strip basket with extra gravy and was given no sauce at all. What a ruined experience. Might just be gravy to the people working but it's what makes the meal, that's why I ordered extra.

Passing thru Omaha. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Paid for bacon. Got no bacon. The soft drinks tasted and smelled like bleach. Waste of money. Poor service

Walked in, 4 or 5 employees at the counter looked up at us and literally walked away to avoid helping us.
We stood for a few minutes with 2 or 3 employees standing just around the corner at the drive through window acting like I was not standing at the counter.
Nobody even bothered to try to say someone would come help soon.
Eventually we received mediocre help, stood in a very gross and dirty store listening to loud and sometime profane banter from employees before eventually moving on.
I would have been better off walking behind the counter and doing the job for them…

Every surface is sticky, chairs, tables, floor. No ac so its very hot (93 degrees). No carbonation or syrup in the pop machine. Go somewhere else👎.
