Came in today and mobile ordered, they forgot one of our sides and most of our food was cold. Went to take a bite of my fries and they were freezing cold. And my “Texas toast” was just white bread with butter on it, not toasted or anything. Definitely will not be returning

Person was nice and all but when I said can I have my fries fresh he said they are, I got them and they were old as crap! This is like the 3rd time in a row! I’ve let it passed but this time I’m not. Also ordered a #1 with only mayo, lettuce, and bacon.. I got nun of that! When you’re hungry it’s very frustrating! Just double check your order!!🤦🏽♀️

This location needs a remodel. The staff was totally confused on my order for 4 sundaes and threw out 2 of them because they were made wrong. Could have just given them away instead of wasting them...

They messed up a blizzard we had ordered, called and spoke to a manager. Was told they’d put our name on a list for a free blizzard. Went back a week later and was told by a VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL manager they don’t honor that way of doing it anymore they have a new policy you have to have a paper stating you get a free one and no name is on the list. How would you have a paper honoring it if it was discussed over the phone?? Service gets worse at this location all the time.

I got a chocolate extreme. A car in front of me. They had three or four of them. They flipped them upside down. Nothing came out. When it came to me. Mine was soft. She never turned it upside down. A Quarter way down. That’s as far as the chocolate went down. 3/4 it was just ice cream. With no chocolate . Sucks. I’ll never come back to that Dairy Queen again. They knew what they were doing.
