Ordered a cake online early in the week to pick up Sunday. Went in to pick it up, only to find out that it had never been made. Supervisor on duty was apologetic and said the person in that position was very unreliable. I got a cake out of the freezer because my event was that day and didnt want to disappoint the kids.

I didn't realize I went through the drive-thru 10 mins before they closed until I saw the hours on the drive-thru window. With that being said, the staff were very friendly and seemed unphased by the closeness of my order to closing time, and my order was 100% correct. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

Bought four blizzards, three of four were great. Fourth had hardly any m&M's and only top third was mixed. So first three bites were good and then rest was vanilla ice cream. Kind of disappointing. Placed looked run down and dingy.
