There was food all over the window and counter in drive thru. Fries were soggy and old. Burger bun was full of water. I won't eat here again. Nor should anyone else. This is in a nice shopping center. Do better.

I am 7 months pregnant and I have had cravings for dairy queen. Each craving is met with the most nauseating, frustrating customer experience that I have ever encountered. The sheer amount of time it takes to create a simple blizzard is absurd. I am convinced they must be milking the cows and making the ice cream from scratch from how much time it requires. Also, this place is disgusting. Has it been it cleaned ever? Lastly, there is absolutely zero sensitivity towards allergies - I was given a gluten blizzard when I ordered one without gluten, and the employee could not have cared less.

Waited over 45 Minutes and people still were lost. Expect a refund tomorrow. Will never spend money in this establishment again.

One star doesn’t suffice I tried to go for a third birthday cake for my child not only when I called the cake decorator was rude and in a rush she also stated oh to add that to a cake would be 20 minutes and I don’t have 20 minutes. I have to leave in an hour Then also said well I don’t work on the weekend so I can’t decorate it tomorrow at pick up, the cake was very poorly put together. It was definitely a damper on my day thanks Dairy Queen

I recently purchased a brownie blizzard cake from this location for Boss's Day which was two days later. I wasn't impressed by the top of the cake. While scrolling through Facebook that evening, there was an ad for the same cake. It looked nothing like what I had purchased, it was full of toppings. When I got to work the next day, I spoke to one of my coworkers who said they had always gotten their cakes from the Fremont location (the city where I work) and they always are full of toppings. I then tried to reach out to the Lakeside Dairy Queen three days in a row and they never picked up their phone. I opted to buy a cake from the Fremont location with the intent of returning the one purchased from Lakeside Dairy Queen. Since I don't live close, it wasn't until a week later when I took the cake back. They refused to refund me and their excuse for Fremont's looking so much better is that they are privately owned and all Omaha Dairy Queen's cakes look like the pathetic excuse they had. After looking at the website, it definitely is a case of bait and switch. No excuse for this whatsoever. I will never go back there.

Disgusting location. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in days. The bathroom has mildew and dirt everywhere with sticky floors. The drink machine was covered in bugs.

Employees here clearly don't care about cross-contamination (look at photos from other reviews). Do not go here if you have bad food allergies, especially nuts.

We just got the cotton candy blizzard was very good & turtle pecan blizzard w hot fudge instead of the dipped cone chocolate, which was also very good.. if you like the hard chocolate pieces w your turtle sundaes or blizzard just order like it is. I like the hot fudge I get more chocolate flavor and not crunching on hard chocolate w every bite. Both are good just a preference thing.

Went in to get a ice cream cake ..Most of the containers were not secured at all..Found one my daughter liked to get home and try it...It was horrible!! I have never seen all these ingredients in 1 cake...The inside crunchy chocolate was stale tasteing... And nothing but artificial crap! I will never get one again...Very disappointed...They usta be good.

I’ve been here multiple times and the ice cream is always half melted when handed over. They don’t even bother flipping over the blizzard because they know it will drop out.

If I could score this place a 0 star I would. I almost never leave reviews for restaurants, but this was the dirtiest, most unorganized and most poorly ran DQ or restaurant I’ve ever been to. We eat out often with traveling sports and this was by far the worst!! We ordered our food and ice cream, which I’ve cream came out first. They screamed out what it was, set it on the counter and walked away. In any other DQs we have ever dined in at they put it on a tray and bring service all at once to your table. Needless to say our order was wrong. We were missing an ice cream. We also all ordered food and drinks. Going to get our drinks it was noted the pop machine wasn’t working. I brought this to an employee’s attention, although quickly disregarded. No solution was offered nor was the problem fixed. The environment of the restaurant was trashed. Melted ice cream on most tables, dripping down a wall by our table which we had to wipe down to sit at. No napkins, out of ketchup, no ice, no drink cup lids just to name a few issues. The prep area where the employees were creating ice cream was filthy food and trash on the floor, the counter prep table with the various toppings was beyond gross. Employees kicking trash out of the way rather than picking it up. No hair nets and no gloves for food prep. The young man working on the counter was handling money and cards then going back and handling food with no hand hygiene. After 30 minutes of not getting our food I returned to the counter to ask about our order, come to find out the food was up just sitting on the warmer. So we were given old fries and mediocre food. We are a family of 6 and it was the worst $75 I’ve spent on food in any of our travels. The corporate office most definitely should look into this location as it is not creating a good reputation for the company.
