I don't think that I've been to another fast food restaurant with quality service, friendly staff, and all fresh food since the pandemic started. Seriously, the food was still steaming hot, and it looked and tasted delicious! Everyone was friendly and we got our food in minutes. If you're in the mood for great food and ice cream, I'd highly recommend this Dairy Queen.Kid-friendliness: I have very picky kids when it comes to food, and this is one of the few places where all three of my kids actually got something they wanted and liked it. Also, you can't beat free cone day!

I had a rather poor experience here recently. I ordered some Blizzards and a malt online and went to pick them up with my children. We arrived maybe five minutes after the order was placed and went inside to wait. The two young guys working the front counter were super nice and polite. One asked what he could do for us and I told him we were just waiting for an online order and were a bit early. He went over to a printer and pulled the order receipt off of it while apologizing for it not being sent to the kitchen yet. I told him it was no big deal and he handed it off to a couple of ladies in the kitchen. That's when things went south.Both women proceeded to talk poorly about us, saying we were annoying and entitled and impatient, which was truly not the case. My kids overheard and were like, 'Wait, are they talking about us?!' It was just very unnecessary and unprofessional. I get it was busy in the drive-thru, I get working food service can be rough, and I get dealing with the general public can suck, but being loudly rude about people literally patiently waiting is wild.I am only leaving a review now because I reached out to corporate about the issue and received the standard 'franchise owner will see this' and never heard from said owner. I really did not even want anything other than the owner or management to tell their employees to speak poorly of the customers quietly and not to a point where they can hear every word.All that said, kudos again to the young guys working, and the ice cream was well-received by children and husband alike, so no issues there! I just won't visit this location again due to some employees bad behavior and their management seemingly sweeping said behavior under the rug.
