84th and I 80..I had 2 online orders. My Dr. Pepper tasted like Coke so I went in and refilled at the fountain. I tasted like it was out. I spoke to a thin African American manager who abruptly said "Oh you want another pop?" I asked her to check the Dr Pepper. She stated it was just changed and gave me a new one. I grabbed the pops as I was going to throw the other away but forgot as I walked out the door. This was 8pm 12/31/23. I am 61 yrs old. This manager ran to the door and yelled at me..aren't you going to throw it away? I said "Yes, I am". She told me I was stealing the 1.39 drink and she had already changed the pop and I should have just been honest...honest about WHAT? 1st I'm NOT going to drink a nasty pop and 2nd...who runs out the door accusing me of STEALING a drink I already purchased. I threw it away in front of her and she looked right at me again and said...just be honest next time. I was soo upset I used some profanity. She, of course, replied with the same, which is fine and I left. I spend hundreds of dollars at McD every month and am appalled at the accusations of their management team. I called the store and advised I would report her to Darmody and she called me right back. I told her I have nothing more to say to her. She called me another 4x and I disconnected each time and had to block the store number to stop this CRAZY woman from continuing to harass me. I feel I am owed an apology my someone from McDonalds but as we all know...the world we live in today, companies feel their employees can treat customers poorly.Also...as I come every day and sometimes twice..I asked the drive thru person why they keep giving me expired Holiday Pies and since adking that, they tear off the tags showing the throw out times. I asked why they are tearing off the tags and still selling the pies. He just said.."I don't know". I thanked him and took the old curdled pies and threw them away. I buy 2 to 4 pies and try to come when I think they are fresh.

Was shocked when I was in one of their locations where I had parts of my order forgot then they wanted me to pay to replace it when I never got it and I realized before I even walked away from the counter. There was a darmondy cooperate manager there and he watched it all happened and he refused to get up and help correct and of the things that was wrong and straight missing on my order. If this is the way you treat you customers I will not be back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If I was a manager and watched a customer get treated the way his staff was treating me they all would of been fired on the spot goes to show Custer service don't matter to darmondy family McDonald's and if this is the way you treat your customers you should loose the family part out of your name.

Kid-friendliness: The dont care about the kids my daughter was right beside me while the staff was trying to argue and even my daughter was telling them they was wrong

At least ACT like your happy to be at work! I get that it’s cold outside and you may not want to be there today, but don’t push that negative energy my way! Sandwich was great, wish I would have had a glass of water! I was asked to pull forward for water (I don’t know how that could have saved time or energy) Speed of service is very important! Not as important as guest satisfaction! Better luck next time, I hope!

Friday night cashier gentleman was friendly, engaged, interactive. Guy shoving the food out the window, and manager when we tried to praise drive thru guy... Just said "Fine!". Overall an ok visit. Manager this night was NOT FRIENDLY.
