Foods great, but this is fast food and I see on average I kill 25-35 minutes for two sandwiches if it’s not busy. If it’s busy, even in the drive through I’ll kill 40 minutes to an hour at least. (I see on average 4-5 people standing around talking and on their phones) if I didn’t see this I wouldn’t complain.

This restaurant has incredible chicken. I’d rate the food higher than chick fil a or canes…HOWEVER, it is ungodly slow. Every time I go, it takes no less than 20 minutes to get my food, even if I’m in the drive thru. At chick fil a, the main objective is to pump cars through the drive through as fast as possible. They do it at an amazing speed. This place…I don’t know if it is management, the restaurants service philosophy, or something structural with the model, but this is the type of thing that causes a restaurant to go out of business in a hurry. I hope the owners will address this soon, because I want the restaurant to succeed, and I love the food. But man, the amount of time I spend waiting for a meal is insanely ridiculous.

This place has the worst chicken ever do not go!! $27 for 2 combo meals with no drinks! Fries were cold bread was full of pickle juice and the Chicken I don’t even know if you can call it that! I wouldn’t even try it looks like something is wrong with it, and this is how both combos were! I called the store no one answers and tells you to go to support on website so I did to request my $ back (this was at end of November) and they respond saying they will refund my $ guess what still waiting and I have sent numerous emails to them asking for a status. Don’t waste your $ here it is awful!

Slowest workers in omaha. Every time. Edit: 3 stars to 1. We will never come back to this location. We have been 4 times (decided to give the drive thru a shot this time: big mistake) every time they have been unapologetically slow. The workers dont care and dont seem to like their job. Especially the manager kid..every time we have been in, the place is a mess and a bunch of workers are just standing around. The manager each time has been on his phone drinking a soda and if you make eye contact with him, he goes to the back. You need a manager who will actually manage and run the store...the chicken is what has brought us back, but this time it was dry and stringy...and the fries were cold, wet and soggy. After waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins behind 3 cars, $50 for horrible slow service and low quality food, the girl at the window who had an attitude and then the manager rolling his eyes at us and on his phone and getting a soda...I think we are done giving our hard earned money to your business.

Placed an online order and waited in the drive thru to pick up my food for 30 minutes. When I finally got back to work to eat my lunch, I found that I was missing my fries, fork, and ranch and just had a container full of soggy chicken. Ridiculous

Very delicious. Fries were different and slighty crispy. Chicken sandwich was phenomenal. You also get a side slider. A stack of pickles. All for under 11.00. so worth it. My only complaint is asking for a tip pre payment. I like to tip but it shouldn't rely on getting good food if you do or not and that's what it comes to. I really did enjoy the atmosphere and food. Delicious!

I was really excited to try this place. The outside of the building looks really cool and trendy and when you walk in it’s kind of the same feel but the service is lacking and the cleanliness is really lacking, especially in the bathrooms. The food was just ok, I expected a lot more flavor based on the look of it but I plan to try again and maybe go through the drive thru and order something hotter. See if my experience is different. Oh and the sliders were definitely not sliders, I think that threw me off a bit too. I expected smaller chicken patties or something vs a whole breast on a little bun. Maybe I’ll try the nuggets next time.
