Didn’t get my order right on door dash. Left out four ingredients that were standard. This was not a custom order. Was disgusting. Threw it away. No refund.

I always come on Tuesdays but I will not be back after getting sub par service and taco with barely any meat in them. That young lady in the drive thru needs a customer service retrain . And maybe add more then a whisper of beef on the tacos.

I asked for a burrito and rice. The young women could not understand a word I was saying. She also took my card for a uncomfortable amount of time and closed the window so I couldn't see her. I am sketched out about my card now and will have to close it. I didn't get the rice because she couldn't understand what I was saying. She should have just let her boss talk to me. I will not be returning. Wasted almost my entire lunch break trying to ask for one burrito and rice.

Combo meals on the menu say a drink comes with the combo, but I was charged extra for it. Additionally, when I got home my burrito was put on top of my enchilada instead of next to it. Poor food preparation, poor service. Didn't even get a thank you in the drive through. Good itself is good, not great. Won't likely be returning.

The workers had placed a speaker on the counter and had the volume up all the way there were only two of us in there. We could not even sit and enjoy our dinner because it was so loud. I ordered a beef burrito and beef enchilada meal. Took one bite out of each it did not taste good and the environment with the loud music just made me leave my food and leave.

Went to location in Bellevue Ordered food at 5:29pm on 11/05/24 still dealing with getting the food at 7:09pm got food and the meat was cold like they just took it out of the fridge. It was 6:09 when we got our food for the first time all the food was piled in one container. Went back and asked for them to remake the food and got cold food.
As much as I love this place the service was so weird. This young lady that served us on Friday, September 27 2024 at around 2PM as the cashier or whatever she was, literally wasnt even talking to us we tried talking in spanish AND english but the lady literally couldnt answer us only answered her boss in spanish. Worst service ever. I know the US doesnt have an official language but the thing is we tried talking to her in both english and spanish. I’m disappointed...

The food never disappoints in the service is always fast. The interior of the building needs a little bit of love other than that great place.

The food is over priced and it's very bland.
I wrote the above 2 years ago. I remember I got a bad meal. After 2 years I thought I'd give them another chance, since we live very near. It was even worse. I got a $10 beef burrito. It was dripping with grease and water. They must boil the meat. It is reasonably tender but it tastes like a cheap cut of meat that has been boiled. This has got to be the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten and I eat Mexican food all the time. They do give plenty of free chips, salsa and condiments. But the salsa is like water. The condiments are pickled vegetables. Nothing special but this is why I didn't just give 1 star. They may serve something good to eat. I wish I knew what it was. I wish I'd just stayed home and cooked a frozen pizza.

The food is good but (some) of the service is bad. Last night I ordered a shrimp and crab burrito that was about $11 and I ordered one birra taco that was a little less than $5. So you can imagine my surprise when I pull up to the drive-thru and the lady says $27. I tell her that I just ordered one Burrito on one taco and she tells me that they don't sell one taco. So I say okay I'll just have the burrito, because the menu at the drive-thru it says birra taco $4.26. So she goes to give me back my change and I tell her she can keep it, and she ends up throwing some of it on the ground. So I pulled around back to the drive-thru menu to take a picture of the taco that says it's about $4.26 and then I go inside and I show her the picture. She says that she, doesn't know anything about that. I tell her, if you guys don't sell this, maybe you should cover it up so people don't order it. Her attitude was so unprofessional that I just asked for my money back for the burrito. Usually the service is good and all the other staff are polite, but this lady needs to either be fired or kept away from the customers because her customer service is horrible.
