Ordered a $600.00 catering order for 25 People and they didn’t bring enough food. There wasn’t enough sides for even 15 people! When they were called, they were short and rude on the phone and said they put enough food there. Maybe if every person took a tablespoon size portion. Very disappointed. It was my first time using them and my last. No wonder their locations have closed.

Had 2x Meat Plates, which were Brisket and pulled pork, brisket were cooked perfectly and tender with good amount of smoke. Although the pull pork could do with abit more seasoning, overall great experience and have been loyal customer of this chain for many years

Food was OK. It was juicy and tender but lacked flavor. The set up was very unique where you go to place a order they have a ac over it and all it did was drip water all over me and near where the food is being prepared, was also very hot in there and they offer free ice cream which it wasn't ice cream it was liquid. The loaded potato they have was absolutely disgusting. No idea what the flavor was I ate but right in the trash it went. I have ordered from here before and it was better that what I just experienced. I will look for another place to order from in the future as I don't not like to waste money on ok food. Also the soda fountain was absolutely nasty and the coke was trash, it didn't dispense correctly at all. It was a long wait for the little order I got. Not to mention how many times I had to repeat my order. The girl who prepared my food did a awesome job the rest of the staff seemed like it was a chore to do any form of work. If your in the mood for BBQ I would consider looking somewhere else that would have a better atmosphere better food along with not walking in and getting soaked while waiting for my order from a nasty leaking ac

Me and my wife seen Dickey’s on the food network and thought we should try it I am a amateur pit master myself and we was not impressed with the food we had the 2 meat platter I had the brisket and the cheddar and jalapeño sausage and my wife had the brisket and pulled pork the food was cold and had no flavor to it probably will not return my rating would be no stars will not recommend Dickey’s

Love their chopped brisket, mouthwatering delicious! However, the staff did NOT seem to understand me ordering 8 oz. of meat or "double the meat" with my "plain/naked" giant baker. VERY frustrating.
Parking: Not very many parking stalls in the small strip mall parking lot. If you're willing; or, able to walk, there are plenty of nearby parking spots.
