Ordered take out online. Spent 72.86 on a family pack and some extras. Requested a variety of bbq sauce and ranch in the notes. When I went to pick up they said there was no ranch purchased and I’d have to pay for them. I got 4. They charged me 3.50 ish extra for the four ranches. Then handed me a box with all the food in it. We got back home and opened the box the ranch was no where to be found.The food was pretty good but they made a whole big deal out of a sauce request on a 70 dollar order then didn’t even put it in the box. Very disappointing way to handle it.And the ice cream machine wasn’t working properly which seems to be the norm at this location.

Hadn't been to Dickey's in about ten years due to a meh experience at a different location. Decided to visit this location due to a promotion in my T-Mobile app and was glad I stopped in. Got a three bone rib combo with fried okra and baked beans and was really pleased. Ribs were firm but tender, not fall off bone which I don't like anyway. Portions were generous and tasty. Will definitely be back to try some of the other meats.Kid-friendliness: The free ice cream is a kid favorite. The machine is slow and loud but whatevs, if the kids are happy, I'm happy.

I had the absolute best BBQ here. As someone who has always lived on the east coast, there aren't many good BBQ places in my area so when I had a chance to get Dickey's delived through UberEats, I had to try it. I'm so glad I did. I shared the BBQ ribs and garlic wings, and I couldn't decide which I liked better. Both were mouthwatering delicious and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. As a side note, nothing is lost when you warm the food up the next day; it is still delicious.

Our order was ready on time and the staff was friendly. The food was very disappointing. All of the meats were dry and there was no flavor. The bread was still doughy, under cooked. We ended up throwing most of it away. lt was very overpriced considering the quality of the food. This was our first and our last visit.....

How can you mess you a baked potato!?! Potato was dry and hard(undercooked), the brisket was nasty and dry, and they didn't have all the potato's toppings. The potato is advertised as “giant” I got two small dried-out potatoes. The staff was not very friendly or inviting, and communication was poor. Overall this was not a good experience, and we won't be returning.

Food is delicious and well served, staff is friendly and inviting. Dining room is a little small but not sure how busy they get. Restroom was clean and I was happy to not see air hand dryers. Overall impression of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is come for the food but be prepared to pay high for it.
