honestly since i’ve gone to dirty birds everytime i look at any other chicken place i am honestly disgusted when comparing it to dirty birds it changed my life forever

I ordered takeout for the first time and got the Debo. It was so, so good. All of the napkins they give you ARE necessary, however. Also, the people who work at Dirty Birds are surprisingly friendly and upbeat; you can tell they all enjoy their jobs and take pride in creating a fun atmosphere.
My only qualm is the pricing. For whatever reason, none of the chicken sandwiches come with a side, and a side of fries is an additional $5. Given a sandwich, albeit generously portioned and delicious, is $15+, it would make sense if they came with a small side of fries. On that note, the fries are nothing special and certainly not worth an extra $5. However, it seems wrong to eat a sandwich without fries, and so both are necessary (lol). Why not add a combo deal of a sandwich, side, and drink for an additional $2 vs making everything separate? $20+ is very steep for a fried chicken sandwich and fries, and that’s not even including a drink. I’m saying this as someone from Denver. While I loved my sandwich, I won’t be frequenting Dirty Birds as often as I’d like due to how expensive it is for what you’re getting.

One of the best fried chicken meals of my life. They did right by that bird! Homemade bread was fantastic as well. Super friendly staff, we felt like regulars! And the Bee Gees playing on the jukebox made for a perfect meal. Can't wait to come back!

I came in for a chicken sandwich and left questioning every life decision that led me to eating lesser poultry before today. I ordered The OG and this thing is massive. Not “big,” not “hefty”, I mean comic-book-villain large. The sweet-tea brined chicken breast is insanely flavorful, ridiculously crispy, and honestly could be used as a blunt-force weapon if society ever collapses.
The Lawry’s seasoned fries? Incredible on their own. But then I met the Deebo honey garlic hot sauce, and suddenly everything leveled up like a video game. That sauce is unreal…sweet, spicy, addictive, and basically the spiritual equivalent of being smacked in the face by flavor in the best way possible.
Service was fast, the food was hot, and the portions are no joke. If you come hungry, you’ll leave happy (and probably needing a nap).
Dirty Birds is a must try. 10/10. Would absolutely drench everything in Deebo sauce again.

highly recommend the pappardelle w/ mushroom ragu as well as the catfish, the onion rings, and the hushpuppies. the staff were welcoming, friendly, & attentive. They gave excellent suggestions. We decided we wanted to immediately go home, sell our house, and move to Omaha so that we could become Dirty Birds regulars.
