Randomly stumbled upon this location on google and decided to make a reservation for date night on Saturday. Ambiance: one large room with tables and candles. Food: ordered the prefix meal and did some swaps from the a la carte menu. I tried the ravioli, ragu, lamb rack, and chocolate cheesecake for the 4 courses. Overall, the food was decent. Some dishes were great and others were okay. My ravioli was extremely undercooked and was very hard. The ragu had potential, but lacked in a lot of flavor. I did really enjoy the lamb rack as well as the chocolate cheesecake dessert. The presentation of the food was great. The portions were very reasonable. Service: excellent service. All the courses came out a timely manner. The server checked on us multiple times throughout the meal as well. We were excited to learn that there could be substitutions, or "swaps" as our server said, with the prefix meal but were not aware of the additional charge. It would have been nice when the server explained the menu to us to indicate that swapping things from the prefix menu would be additional charge, or somewhere listed on the menu that this was the case. We were surprised by the extra charges when the bill arrived ($30) and would've appreciated knowing about it ahead of time when making the food selection, as "swap" does not make it sound like it there would be additional charges. Though it was fun experience enjoying this multi course meal at dolce, I am not positive that given 1/2 of my dishes were not up to par with my expectations of fine dining, along with the price of this experience, that I will return.

My new absolute favorite restaurant and best food I've ever had in the world. The chef even came out to ask us how the food was. Sir, this place deserves a Michelin star. Thank you.

We had a party of two to celebrate a job offer, and the service was outstanding. I had made a special request for a congratulations table setting, and I was so appreciative of their efforts. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We each did the Prix Fixe menu, trying an array of the items. We also added wine pairings and a few cocktails (Jameson & the Giant Peach was fabulous).Pictured are the Angus hanging tender, yuzu creme brulee, and chocolate cheesecake. It's true - they taste even better than they look. I highly recommend the Caesar salad as an option on the Prix Fixe too. We are excited to return for our special occasions.

The food is amazing! We had the 5 course meal and we just have the chef surprise us on what was coming out. The chef and his staff are so friendly. The ambiance is great!

What a surprising find in a small strip mall! We just moved out here from old market area which seemed like a food desert compared to our usual boiler room and v. Mertz but this place is definitely up to par! Prices are reasonable with a 45$ four course prix fixe menu. The flavors are well balanced and complex, meat cooked to perfection, great service and good wines. This may be our new go-to!

One of our Omaha favorite spots! We love the four course menu but occasionally enjoy the 6 course Chef's tasting menu. I had the olive tamponade and my husband had Maine oysters as part of the $8 anniversary menu. I then had the shrimp risotto, cauliflower soup, scallops and chocolate creme brûlée! My husband had the hot Korean chicken appetizer and chicken breast while having the same soup and dessert as me. Chef Anthony never disappoints! Great dinner with terrific service from James!

What a fantastic experience! My fiancé and I went there for the Valentine's Day menu! It was a six-course meal with two dishes to choose from per course. We each tried things that we never would have eaten before. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the ambiance fantastic (Dolce had live music that was very soothing)! Towards the end of our evening, the head chef came out to our table to introduce himself and inquire about how our experience was going. While expensive, our time there was worth every penny! We will definitely go back again!

Seats at tables sit very low. For some one of shorter stature, this makes it a little uncomfortable having to reach up to eat. We were there at 5:30 and there was plenty of open seating. When we asked to move to the booth/bench style seating that sat higher, it took more convincing than it should have to allow us to move. It was still a 2 place table, so we were not taking up any additional seats. Finally they agreed and gave us an 1 1/2 hour time limit. No where does it ask what tables you want when making a reservation, so not sure why this was such an issue, once again, it was moving from 1 2 top to another. The food was fantastic, an intimate setting. This restaurant deserves a better laid out, more intimate location. We will return, and recommend to others.

I've been many times and am never less than blown away. Chef Anthony does a masterful job. His food is exquisitely prepared and he does a wonderful job of presenting food that is interesting and flavorful without being overdone or bizarre. Highly recommend when you want a fancy, perfectly prepared meal.

James gave excellent table service. The menu is always presenting fresh choices. Asian meatball appetizers were so good I wood have happily made a meal out of a few more. Angus beef was tender. The real star of the meal was the chocolate chili creme brulee with black berries, strawberries and homemade toffee that is softer then most toffee but still well formed. A very pleasant dining experience.

Nice place to have a comfortable dinner. We had a good dining experience in Dolce. The service was amazing and the server who helped us explicitly describe the menu, provided all the support whenever required and every time she was respectful and courteous. The food is good some of them were really good but can't say that for all the items we tasted. We did a pre-fix menu and one Ala-carte the Risotto and the Ravioli from the Pre-fix menu was average. The Risotto was lacking flavor and the Ravioli was hard to chew! The cauliflower Soup was fantastic so the Charcuterie board especially the pickled veggies and the prosciutto, except what put on the middle (some meat mash) not good at all. In the main course we had the angus beef and the fish (white fin tuna) the beef was wonderful and everything on that plate was delicious. Certainly the best dish of the day. The fish on the other side was a complete disaster. It looks like an attempt to make a deconstructed sushi, the fish was well seasoned and well cooked but the combination with rice and seaweed did not work for me. This dish needs substantial modifications. The deserts were great, we had the crème brûlée and the cheese cake both were delicious. One suggestion is to put some espresso in the menu, especially when it is cold outside.
