As a Muslim person (and POC) trying to eat in Omaha - I can say no other restaurant has been as accommodating of my dietary needs as Dolomiti. But let’s be real, I wouldn’t be eating here if the food wasn’t fantastic! Top notch pizza and the best Caesar salad.

For the last couple of years, this has been our Valentine's Day spot. It's easy to make a reservation online. The service is friendly, professional, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious - obviously the pizza but we also love the meatballs and the Caesar wedge salads! We definitely need to go there more.

This place is awesome. Came in for dinner with the family, 2 adults, 2 kids, at 6:15. We were seated and greeted right away. Service was fast and attentive. Food was incredible - we had two pizzas, a salad, and an app. Had some wine as well - also incredible. The aesthetic of the space is warm and welcoming. I love this place and can't wait to go back.

With the rise in pizza places to choose from in Omaha, Dolomiti has proven itself worthy to stay! Excellent service, an incredible, easy to navigate menu, and stellar atmosphere make it a great choice for all types of occasions. The pizzas are creative, but not to the point that even a "picky midwesterner" would still find them approachable and delicious! The servers are kind and attentive. Unexpectedly, the French fries were a highlight of our meal! We ordered them as an appetizer and I think all three of our audible gasps could be heard through the restaurant after our first bite. The pizzas are a great size and cooked perfectly! We'll be back!
when I go to Omaha, I like to explore different pizza places especially ones that have wood fired Ovens. This place had great reviews and I can see why! The atmosphere was very nice. The service was fantastic. The waitress gave me a great recommendation for pizza when I asked her!
