I Ordered two large pizza and wings I never received the order. I called all them and talk to a manager to try to resolve the issue if I could get some kind of conversation or a refund they were very disrespectful and horrible customer service and hung up on the phone on me. I would advise not order from them.

I’ll never order yall again. I called missing an item and mark anthony was dudes name, was rude hung the phone up on me then I call back cause it’s not right. I told him to credit me. I understand you are busy but come on I was just missing my breadsticks. No way to treat a customer.

Went to pick ck up my order, and they said it was cancelled due to a glitch. Wasn't offered to remake it wasn't offered anything to make it right. While watching the staff make the pizza no one wearing gloves the manager helping me was tossing the dough while it's touching his watch and then went to the cash register and back to making pizza while never washing his hands.
We came in to order on April 13, 2025, about 7:45pm. Everyone was working hard. They were talking and enjoying their work. It was a great environment. We enjoyed watching them work and flipping the pizzas up in the air. It was such a delightful visit. The employees and the customers were having a good time. The guy who took our order was very patient and helpful with us placing our order. He was great. The manager was fun and great also. Very nice location.

So I live in Virginia and someone used my bank card at this Dominos in Nebraska. I immediately called the store and was put on hold. After about 10 minutes being on hold my friend calls from her phone. She is immediately placed on hold, 15 minutes later she calls from her land line ( I'm still on hold) and is again placed on hold. 45 minutes go by I am still on hold and she hangs up and calls back and is placed on hold again. No one ever came back on the line. After an hour of being on hold, I hang up and call the sheriff's office and they are useless and unhelpful as well. I'll never do anything in Nebraska for sure
