Domino's Pizza

Everything was good! It was on-time, friendly staff, food was hot and done the way we wanted it, I just wish All Pizza places would put more toppings on their pizzas.

I have not bought Dominos for I would say at least two years. Today I mentioned to a friend that I thought of pizza for dinner. He said that Dominos has a promotion where you get half off if you order online. I chose the store (I have no clue of the store number as I cannot find it on your website). It was the store 721 South 72 Street Omaha NE . I tried to order online and it just spun around and around that is was submitting, never said confirmed. We called and the associate at the counter was very nice and said that to get the special that it had to be online. She started the process on her phone (she needs to be complemented for her customer service) but the store was on my way to where I was going as to return on my way back and pick up my pizza. I went in and her and I (the polite female at the counter) got it to work finally online so I left the store, ran my errand can came back 7 to 10 minutes later. I go in and the poor associate said that it was not put into the oven yet. She said the manager went outside. I understand that I came back maybe before the pizza was done; I expected to wait a few minutes but to not have it in the oven? Then a supervisor/manager came out and said that she was busy and didn’t get it made yet. Busy? There was no one there; my order was the only one on the screen. I walk into the store and leave and they didn’t even make it? This is nonsense. Will not be going to Dominos anytime soon.

This is by far the worst location ever and this is coming from someone who travels states and gets dominos pizza at least once a week. Eveyone working there is just so rude and unprofessional especially a lady named Renee or Lenee. I’m surprised how she’s retaining her job inspite of being so rude. She was upset to literally do her job I.e to hand me my pizza. It was pathetic and I hope the management would invest some time in training employees like her. Extremely pathetic.

I tried to work with the general manager as much as possible because I've been in the service industry for 15 years. I placed an order through the app, GM calls me and says we don't have any dirvers; unacceptable for a Domino's but I get it, life happens. GM said he would cancel my order and the I offered to come and pick it up. Well, GM never cancelled the order and tried to charge me twice for one order (his words ver batim). I asked if he could get me in contact with the owner per store policy, and he berates me with aggressive and condescending language. If the franchisee sees this post, contact me immediately; I do not believe the GM is a bad worker, but he is severely underqualified to be leading your store (which is probably why you have a 3.4 rating). The most disappointing part is I wanted to work with this young man and he would rather accost a guest than make it right. This is customer service 101. If you don't like what you do, the only people that suffer are the guests and the owner. 0/5 stars.

We ordered delivery, after an hour of no updates we called and they said they were not doing delivery for the night. I did feel bad because their drivers drove into a ditch. They then overcharged me and gave me the wrong food, which I only noticed afterwards. They did give me an XL instead of a large though, but I don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore. Anyone else will probably have better luck, I think it was just because of the storm.

Ryan and his staff are doing an amazing job making this my favorite dominos. My pizzas looked literally perfect and piping hot when I arrived to pick them up. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. Setting the bar high and you can tell they are proud of their store and hard work. As they should be. Thanks so much!

Not normally a pizza person but today I decided to try my local Domino’s. Amazingly fast, the pizza was delivered quick and it was so hot it seemed like it came straight out of the oven. 10/10

We ordered 4 pizzas and a cheese bread. I can honestly say that this will be the last time. So disappointed!! Haven't had your food in a hot minute and I remember it being really good NOT NO MORE🤢🤮🤢

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I didn't just have 1 bad experience I had 2 night after night. My wife and I ordered food Wednesday night 56 dollars worth. I get home to see it was wrong I called the store was given 50 in credit on my account. The next night I ordered 64 dollars worth of food when I arrived to pick up my food and use my credit the general manager told me they were not giving me my credit that I should have never got the credit and he continued to be rude the entire time stating he was busy but still had no to treat me like that. Worst ran location of domino's I have ever ever eaten at.

Love this pizza & sandwiches that are made hot & ready ! Olivia is by far my favorite employee and Joey too - they all run out great product fast and friendly thanks dominos S 72nd !
