2 times I've had issues. The first time it took over 3 hours for my food to arrive and I submitted a survey with a phone call. I got told it was due to staff shortages and I accepted it. Tonight the driver stood in front of my apartment building stating it was some kind new policy not to come in. I pay a $4 delivery fee and usually put on a $5+ tip. I will keep cash from now on or won't order from here.
ordered 4 pizzas, 2 came with half no cheese and a 3rd came under baked and completely wrong. Also ordered the brownie cookie and it also showed up under baked and upside down in the box. Tried to call them to have it fixed, spent 15 mins on hold only for them to hang up before even talking to me.
Food was delivered an hour late it’s set under a warmer for over an hour it was rockhard and cold.
I called to complain and was told they would send a fresh order right away. Over an hour past no order showed up I called the store the ma that answered the phone told me he was too busy hung up on me, I called back the phone was picked up and slammed down on three different calls
