Made an order and waited. Looked at my order tracker after it was supposed to be delivered only to find that they had canceled it without notifying me and when I tried to call it said they were closed, 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. Will not be ordering from here again, this has happened multiple times already

We called and ordered two pizzas. We’re given a pick up time, and when we arrived to pick them up, they had no record of our order. How is that possible? No apology. No offer to make it right. So now we have a hungry family and no dinner. Not at all impressed with the customer service, as this is not the first time we’ve had a problem with this location. Second chance was even less impressive than the first.

I order from here a few times here and there. I do prefer the taste of a couple others but can count on Dominos for having a deal. I usually order the same thing, and more often than not its okay. My go to is pepperoni & ham w extra sauce. The sauce is sometimes forgotten, but not often. I used to LOVE their Alfredo Chicken Pasta. You used to be able to order extra alfredo, but it’s been a few years since you can do that. So I keep trying, and the lack of sauce keeps disappointing me. Tried their Mac & Cheese also, average at best

After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was disconnected. When I called back, the manager was very disrespectful as I explained that my order was incorrect. He was short, condescending, and dismissive. While he did agree to issue a credit, he abruptly ended the call without any further acknowledgment.

Consistently great pizza! Pizza is typically ready on time, but you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes past the original estimated time if you are ordering during peak hours, although I've rarely experienced this (and this is more so an issue with the app, not the store!) I always have great service here and the employees are always very nice, as well as apologetic, even if it's just a couple of minutes past the expected to be ready time. This location has genuinely helped my husband and I love Dominos again!
