I didn't tip, so someone from the store decided to play, called my cellphone 4 times in 15 minutes after delivery. When I called back to ask what they wanted and why they called so many times, the store associate played dumb. Said it wasn't them, said it must have been another store my caller id says otherwise. This location is the worst. They update the app to show the ordered is filled so it does not appear late then fail to complete the order in a timely manner. When I called after 50 minutes, they said the driver was on his way. I called again after 70 minutes and was again told the drive was on his way. At this point I canceled the order. The customer service between this location and other Omaha locations is night and day.

Worst Domino's in Omaha. I ordered a phily pizza and wings. 40 min to 1 hour later, I looked outside, and it was placed at my door on a 56-degree day. I opened the box, ready to eat to my delight, and saw 1/3 of the pizza eaten and a single slice not finished eaten. I didn't get any wings. Instead, I was given what looks like monkey bread... I called the store and spoke with a manager, 90th Street. He indicated that I could keep the pizza and he'll make a new order for me. The insult was that he said his driver wouldn't do that. Ultimately, I ask for my money back. He said he would. I know that this is\was another lie since he seemed to be not all there... Geet off the weed as one ESPN host would say.
Kid-friendliness: Stay away from 90th street. It's a disaster.

We get Dominoes at least once a month. Usually from this place because it's closer. The food is always hot and yummy. I've never had a problem with their service. They are usually friendly and fast. I went in yesterday to pick up my food, and a nice older gentleman came out of the back and let my son choose a pop for him to have!
I’m writing this review on behalf of my elderly father. Ordered a pizza @3pm with instructions to leave at basement door. It gets delivered to front door that have stairs to go up. He cannot go up any stairs. He called twice and was told a driver would come move the pizza for him. It is 5:45pm and the pizza is still at front door. His caretakers (family) are out which is why he ordered pizza. This is poor customer service and very upsetting as his daughter to hear since I’m not able to assist! If you say you’re going to send a driver to fix mistake then do so. Do better dominoes!!

It'd be great if they delivered within the original time frame of 18-29 minutes instead of an hour and a half later. It'd be even better if their delivery driver could read address plates properly so I'm not running around my entire apartment complex looking for my food. This is the worst Domino's in Omaha and it's not close, either they mess up your order or deliver to the wrong address. 114th is so much better.
