My husband and I order from them at least once a month and we’ve never had a bad experience!! Their delivery drivers are always so sweet and the pizza is always hot and delicious!!! 10/10!!

They didn't deliver one of my pizzas in my order and refused to refund me after basically calling me a liar. I will be cancelling this charge through my bank and calling their corporate office. We won't ever order Domino's again after this.

Worst dominoes possible they don't even try messed up my order completely nothing on it of what I ordered dropped it off and immediately got a email for a free pizza I would have rather gotten the pizza right and not domino's to allow lazy workers

if i could i would’ve put zero. i ordered $30 worth of pizza 2 hours ago. still no sign of it. called an hour after the app said it was done. “he’s on the way right now with it” it’s been a half an hour now. still nothing. literally just give my money back atp i’m already off work i can’t sit in the lot forever. oh and i tipped 25% that should’ve been zero coming from a former server. called 4 times been declined every single time. would rather just get my money back.

I’ve switched to Pizza Hut because even when I order extra toppings on my pizza, I hardly get any toppings. Pizza Hut is far superior.

So went to get my dinner for family and I. Waited 20 minutes and my order on screen said ready 20 minutes ago. After another 10 minutes was told they forgot 1 of my pizzas. Was not able to feed entire family so went to caseys pizza to get rest of food for family. Glad caseys got it right.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Order left the store once, never delivered; left again about 90 minutes after the original order. Going on 2.5 hours from ordering and not here yet. Tried calling the store and waited 25 minutes for someone to pick up who just said your order is out for delivery 35 minutes ago. They refused to try and rectify anything.

We called at about 8:10 p.m. on Saturday September 30th to inquire about getting a gluten free pizza for our 60 points in rewards. The associate who tried to help us with this question was not only rude in his delivery of providing us options, but he proceeded to hang up on us mid conversation. This is textbook on how you lose a customer.

Ordered from this store on the app. Two hours later... no pizza. I called the store multiple times, and nobody picked up, so I basically paid for pizza that never got delivered (even though they said it was).I'd say the service was shameful, but I never got any service to begin with.
