I tried to order online, but got confused because I couldn't order chicken on my pizza, so I called and asked if I was trippin or not. The guy was super friendly and laughed a lil and told me yes it was still a topping. I still couldn't order it from the app, so I called back to just make the order over the phone, and he told me he misspoke and said that the chicken was recalled. No issues, so we ordered a medium bacon pizza, a cheesy marinara sauce, 2 cheesy breads with marina, a loaded buffalo chicken wings and the bacon bbq chicken wings. Paid over the card with the phone, and delivery was very fast(I didn't even get a chance to rip them), but they forgot my 2 marinara dips with my cheesy breads. I didn't wanna make them come out just for 2 dips, but I still paid extra for them so I called to just get them refunded. It was a little difficult bc we don't order often, so a credit to my account wouldnt have been much of a benefit for me, and I didn't really understand why they couldn't have refunded me(it was because of waiting for it to process, so I would have to call back tomorrow, but that just doesn't make sense to me bc you can usually refund something on the spot for the most part), and I did tell them I didn't want them to have to come back out for 2 dips in this cold weather. They immediately offered to come back out. I apologized and said I would appreciate it. They came back out and we're again very fast, that I didn't get to give them a tip before getting to the door. The phone conversation was very friendly even with me being a little difficult about the refund. They must have gotten new staff recently or something, because the experiences that we have had were 100% not like this!
90 min for cold pizza delivery is pathetic. And no way to take away the tip they asked you to pay when ordering. Never tip again these clowns.

I can understand the half bits making up a whole boneless nugget but this is supposed to be 8-pieces. Not 7-pieces and tiny breaded crumbs. My buffalo sauce is missing too. Cutting corners like this is ridiculous.

Ordered on the app and said it would be done between 18-28 minutes took 45. Then got in there and the lady at the front handed me part of my order (pizza) after looking at my receipt and didn’t say anything about not having pasta like I ordered because they ran out. She said it shouldn’t have let me order it on the app since they were out. Not to happy with the experience and her just hoping I wouldn’t realize I’m missing my pasta.

Had horrible customer service. We waited patiently for our pizza to be delivered. An hour went by and called to ask about it. Turns out it had been delivered in the frigid cold and they just sat it outside without ringing the doorbell. The only thing the manager could say was that the delivery guy was his best and he always rings the bell...... as if we were lying. Most establishments show concern or that they are sorry for what happened. Manager said there was nothing he could do in this situation. The tracking system didn't work and text messages never happened. It showed delivered in their system, but it said 5 hrs earlier. The whole system had failed. What would have to happen to actually get a manager that cared that our pizza sat outside for more than a half hour in below freezing temperatures. Technically pizza can be warmed up in the microwave and tastes fine, but it's the principal of it. My husband and I were right there and never heard a thing. The employee in question was gone so the manager said he couldn't ask him what he did. Well manager 101 states you believe your customer and show a little concern about what happened and apologize. We weren't asking for our order to be free, but something would have been nice. Other restaurants understand this, but this Domino's does not. We question every time, should we order from this location. The answer is no. Stay away!!!!

I've ordered 3 times and gotten the wrong pizza 3 times. 1. Added onions instead of feta 2. Forgot the peperoni despite me ordering extra extra peperoni 3. No sauce on the pizza, bacon only on 1/3 of pizza
The quality is fine (for dominos) but it seems to me that getting online/phone orders correct is the basic and bare minimum nessessary.

Blasting techno music while I came in for a carryout and I had to scream my name twice for my order. Staff seemed very busy and really didn't seemed engaged when people came in for pickup/carryout. When I called my order in the male in the phone was friendly, that's about it. I asked for garlic sauce when I placed my order. It was not included when I received my pizza and I told the girl that gave me my pizza that I ordered garlic sauce. She put the receipt in my face to show me it wasn't on the receipt as if I was lying and stupid. I took my food and walked out. Super classless place. I won't be back.

I went to the one by my house on 156th st. Management is nice staff is nice and service was efficient. Got our food pretty fast on a Friday night . Super awesome experience
Vegetarian options: You can build your own pizza and still get them at a decent price.
Parking: Spots are limited because it's a shared parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: The staff makes kids feel very comfortable while waiting for pizza they can watch them make pizza

Building could use some tlc poor employees are working in a leaky roofed building. They had been wicked friendly and hard working. I got 2 pizzas and cinnamon sticks after a move and it had all been solid. These staff knock ito UT of the park give them a raise!

Ordered pizza at 6:38pm. Tracker said pizza was being made at 6:39pm. It remained there for more than 30 minutes. Called at 7:11pm because I had not received my order. Tracker still showed 'preparing'.
It took a bit for them to find the order. Said they had about 100 orders come in all at once. He then said my order was being worked on. Tracker then said being prepared at 7:18pm. At 7:30, tracker said pizza was being checked for quality. Pizza was delivered hot at 7:44pm. It never should have taken that long.
Exceptional customer service would have been to send a complimentary order of lava cakes for my trouble and wait, to ensure a long time customer remained one. I was going to cancel the order and go somewhere else, but my son really wanted pizza.
The driver was extremely apologetic, which I appreciated. However, I explained that It wasn't his fault (he wasn't making the pizza). The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious! So, I'll give you that. But would I have ever gotten my pizza had I not called? The pizza was also cut in two small pieces and two huge pieces which I had to cut.
I'm one to always extend grace, so we will see how my next order goes and that will determine if i remain a loyal customer of Dominos or go to a competitor for pizza in the future.
