This is the worst Domino’s location out there. Every time we order a pizza even when we put in our full address, they go deliver it to somewhere else. Called the manager to discuss this. She hung up on me. Her name is Erica. She told me she could not give us a refund tonight that I had to call tomorrow even though she’s the manager. Guess we’ll be ordering from Papa John’s from now on.

My dad placed the order at 11:50 and the order took an extra hour to get there. The driver went to the wrong street, which made us wait extra time. When they did get here, one of the cakes was missing. It was supposed to have 2 cokes, 2 fantas. Do not order from here

Ordered 2 8 piece BONELESS wings and we received the wrong wings. Tired calling in to get the issue fixed and was told that they couldn’t fix the issue and hung up on. If you want terrible customer service order from this location! :)
We go to this location all the time. The staff is great. Very nice and helpful. The pizza is always super hot and fresh and tasty.

Called and they had a long wait time. Employee was polite but they had a long queue (1 hour wait) just to pick up. This was on a Saturday evening.

I will never order from this location again. I ordered online for delivery, it was very late, and they tried to tell me I still owed $29 even though I paid in full online and had the receipt to prove it. The female manager was incredibly rude, and I have never experienced this poor of customer service in my life.

Thought Domino’s had made improvements, apparently not this location!!! Had a great order last weekend. The order arrived early and hot with all items perfect. This weekend complete opposite. Over 1.5 hours to receive a cold and poorly treated/prepared order that wasn’t edible. Buyer beware - I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again soon and if I do, it won’t be this location.

Not worth the effort to pick up the phone for a delivery it took over an hour after I placed the order and calling the store back to see if it was on the way customer service was not even close to satisfactory last time. I order Domino’s.

I tried to order online, but got confused because I couldn't order chicken on my pizza, so I called and asked if I was trippin or not. The guy was super friendly and laughed a lil and told me yes it was still a topping. I still couldn't order it from the app, so I called back to just make the order over the phone, and he told me he misspoke and said that the chicken was recalled. No issues, so we ordered a medium bacon pizza, a cheesy marinara sauce, 2 cheesy breads with marina, a loaded buffalo chicken wings and the bacon bbq chicken wings. Paid over the card with the phone, and delivery was very fast(I didn't even get a chance to rip them), but they forgot my 2 marinara dips with my cheesy breads. I didn't wanna make them come out just for 2 dips, but I still paid extra for them so I called to just get them refunded. It was a little difficult bc we don't order often, so a credit to my account wouldnt have been much of a benefit for me, and I didn't really understand why they couldn't have refunded me(it was because of waiting for it to process, so I would have to call back tomorrow, but that just doesn't make sense to me bc you can usually refund something on the spot for the most part), and I did tell them I didn't want them to have to come back out for 2 dips in this cold weather. They immediately offered to come back out. I apologized and said I would appreciate it. They came back out and we're again very fast, that I didn't get to give them a tip before getting to the door. The phone conversation was very friendly even with me being a little difficult about the refund. They must have gotten new staff recently or something, because the experiences that we have had were 100% not like this!

90 min for cold pizza delivery is pathetic. And no way to take away the tip they asked you to pay when ordering. Never tip again these clowns.

I can understand the half bits making up a whole boneless nugget but this is supposed to be 8-pieces. Not 7-pieces and tiny breaded crumbs. My buffalo sauce is missing too. Cutting corners like this is ridiculous.
