I order a pizza and honey bbq wings and it was not up to standards. I did curbside pick up and it was late. I order a half cheese and half chicken pizza and it had multiple pieces of sausage. I can’t eat pork due to my beliefs. My honey bbq wings barely had any sauce. I had to add my own bbq sauce on them.Pics below on what they advertise vs. what they serve you.

Inconsistent delivery. 2-3 weeks ago ordered food from this location (via app)... Delivered food that was of poor-fair quality, but edible. And now... this is the 2nd time in 9 months this branch has decided (at time delivery is due) to unexpectedly "cancel my order" stating I'm outside their delivery service area. Their app automatically chooses this branch as my delivery branch (believe me, I wish it would let me pick a different one) and 95% of the time THEY DELIEVER (although sometimes it is poor quality food) and then the other times they cherry pick and choose to whom they feel responsible to deliver to. Have sent multiple emails to corporate with no adequate resolution. The branch manager does not care. They get to decide whether or not they feel like delivering to customers based on... well... if they feel like it or not. Pizza hut is the better choice if you live ANYWHERE near this location. They are garbage and should be shut down. Corporate... also a joke. Don't bother. They are rude, unprofessional, and do not give a flying kite about your issue or providing any kind of decent customer service. ABSOLUTE worst location in Omaha/metro area. Will this review make a bit of difference in the outcome of their service? No. Lol. Such a joke.

They messed up my pizza they're offering me a free replacement what I redeem my replacements they will not answer the phone I had to go to the store they told me it's going to be 30 minutes wait but they can deliver it for free then I find out they were delivered charge for it and they deliver it under one hour and I did not show up to 4 hours laterUpdate I order pizza there I picked it up they screwed up my pizza they redid my pizza and still screwed it up

Ordering online has been an absolute nightmare and my orders get sent to random stores all over the city. The past three times I have ordered from this store which is right down the street from my house the pizza's have been either cold, all over the lid of the box, or cut into super unequal slices.

Your delivery guy and cook both sucks! I wanted my pizza’s UNCUT but you cut it and over baked it. You guys are unprofessional NO MORE business with Dominos! You have to fire your cook and delivery guy. Awful service overall. Late delivery!
Just awful. Ordered at 5:50, still did not have our pizzas by 7. Called twice, both put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Tracker never updated, then an hour and a half after ordering, the order somehow got cancelled? I did not cancel it. The second guy to answer the phone told me that "apparently the whole city of Omaha ordered from this store." I understand if you're busy, but two hours behind? So disappointing, I used to love Domino's.

Dominos sends me a coupon to redeemFor a FREE medium pizza ….delivery only …. Problem is dominos doesn’t delivery unless the order is $16 or more…. So it costs me $16 plus tip to get a “free” pizza …. So I ordered from Papa Murphy’s
