I call in a delivery order for a BBQ chicken pizza with Pinapple and jalapeños only. The 1st pizza was delivered and didn't have any chicken on it only BBQ, Pinapple and jalapeños. So I called back and explained there was no chicken on the pizza. They said they would remake it and refund our money and have it resent. We were happy and pleased with that.... then the remade pizza arrived and now it was covered in onions??? Did I mention that I have an onion allergy. I was so excited for this pizza and when I called back again to talk to someone about the fact that my pizza was messed up again and this time had a whole topping on it that I am actually really allergic to, a topping that was never even mentioned. It was suppose to be a BBQ Chicken pizza with only BBQ sauce, chicken,pineapple, jalapeños and cheese and now there are onions on it. The nice young man laughed at me and said oh no. I just hung up because at this point I was just over it. Worst pizza

Ordered a new York pizza order was delivered on time but it wasn't the pizza called the store and they said they would remake the order and deliver it over a hour later still waiting for my pizza not happy with the service I should have been priority delivery waited over an hour for the new pizza to be delivered no pizza called again new pizza was never made they said reorder was missed placed now it will be another 30 minutes before I get the pizza I ordered not happy was needing my pizza at 4:15 pm now it will be after 6:00 pm

If this was about the pizza and delivery I would give 4 or maybe even 5 stars, however this is about their buy one pizza and get one "emergency" pizza for free. The only time I order Dominos is when they have a special. This seemed like a good deal for essentially buying one and getting one free. The disappointment came when I went to order the free emergency pizza. My original order was for a large pizza so I expected to get a large free "emergency" pizza. Unfortunately the "emergency" pizza is only good for a medium pizza. SMH! I feel taken!

Didn't follow instructions on delivery waited over an hour when website said 13-23 minutes food was cold by the time i went to check outside not only was it not in the back but they left it in the front where they didn't even ring the doorbell i can not go to the front door so i had to go around the house to get my food. They need to learn how to directions.

I placed a delivery order and was told I'd have it within 45 min, at the hr mark when in fact on the tracker it showed it was being delivered for 15min already,I called and the manager was rude as hell told me he had one driver and that in fact my order was so e but the driver was out and wouldn't be ba k for lime 20 mon and i asked hi. At 1am exactly there's knock at door and my roommate woke me up cuz there's the dominos delivery driver. He was very kind and apologized and I felt bad for him. Part of my order was missing and the food all was dead and gross nothing I could eat,he told me to call Tom and he would refund my $53, i saved receipt, called Tom, or left message after message after message for Tom but Ive never gotten a follow up, nor have I ever gotten my $53 refunded to my card or the order, in full,replaced...i would habe to recommend that nobody deal with the L st location because not only is the ride manager that took my order and complaints the first night but obviously even Tom,the manager I was told was in charge and would fix the issue are both incompetent when it comes to running a resteraunt. It has been a month and nothing has been done. Almost 3 n half hrs to deliver food , showing up at 1am with order half complete, and a month of a manager not taking time to fix the problem. Well it's far beyond what $53 can fix at this point and no apology is gonna change the facts. They have lost my business for good
