horrible experience. I was charged multiple times for one order.
I was then yelled at by the staff for being unable to afford multiple charges to my bank account for that one order.
my bank account was left on 0 and now I don't have dinner either.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. I ordered and paid for my food on the mobile app and saw that my order was started. 20 minutes went by and nothing got updated. I decided to go to the store because I know sometimes the workers forget to update the app. I sat in line for 30 minutes. I got up to the window and the worker kept asking me what my order number was and what my last name was and I told her she said ok and went away...read full review
This store is a joke. Management staff needs to be retrained. They need to make sure they have staff who know how to use maps and understand customer service
