Not good service; They never answer the phone, it's hard to get some 1's attention when at the drive through window, unless they have wireless doorbell taped outside of the window. They have cancelled my online order a couple times, about an hour before they close, with NO updates or communication that it was cancelled! One time for delivery, other was for pick up. 1 of those times I had a hard time getting my refund! Online, it still showed order in progress. For the pickup order I am referring to, I arrived 15 mins. before closing time, no 1 was there any more! They were closed. Order said in preparation, STILL, through website. No call, text, email or notification of any kind that my order was cancelled. I guess they wanted to go home early..?!? Only parmesean cheese they have any more is a tiny shaker; you can purchase for a lil' over $1.00. (@ least they still have some though!) Their sandwiches are not good & not worth the $ @ all!! Mostly bread, not so fresh. Worst Philly Cheese Steak I have EVER had! Their pasta is good. Sometimes a lil' dry though. Pizza is usually good. They had a deal for unlimited toppings on pizza for $7.99; (which is really a limit of 6 or 7 toppings, which is still an amazing deal!) You could upgrade the crust to other options, for an additional $2-4, but then only size Med., even though you payed a good deal extra). That was nice deal, regardless!! I used to love their spinach & ricotta cheese bread, but for some time now, it is NOT worth the $8-9 you pay! You get a small loaf, cut into 8 pcs., which the ends are always extra crispy & the whole filling, if you are lucky, maybe extends through out the bread to the middle 4-5 pcs. That is it!!! You can not order extra anything on it, as it is pre-made, they just toss it through the cooker. It's okay overall though.

Chance made sure to contact let know pizza was going to be late cause of delivery driver refused to deliver to location and called to make sure it was alright to wait till different delivery driver was there. Yeah it sucked having to wait till delivery driver was there but chance made sure the food was fresh and DEFINITELY hot and fresh. When Jacob was working there was no call or anything took over a half hour for the quality check, and then after it was supposed to be out for delivery said estimated delivery time was 10-20mins took over an hour, food was cold and just thrown together. Dominos did give coupon to make up for it. At this location I’d DEFINITELY highly recommend when chance is working when Jacob is working I wouldn’t recommend unless you want cold food made by someone who doesn’t care.

I went in to get food and the kitchen was filthy. Toppings all over the counters and floor. None of the workers had gloves on either. One man was sweeping when i went in and he walked into kitchen without washing his hands first.

Didn't have any prices listed and didn't inform me me of the large 4 $9.99 instead they were not professional nor informative charged me $17.87, 4 a medium spinach and feta thin crust that was 2 crispy and not worth wat i paid. It looked like a grocery store pizza. Not worth the price at all very disappointed,smh. customer service was not good and they talked 2 each other instead of assisting me the customer. They also had another customer waiting 4ever and his pizza was ready.

We order from this location alot and lately it’s been going down and clearly needs better management. Waiting 20 plus minutes at the window while the workers walk by and pretend to not look at the window is ridiculous. Then to get home and your food is over - cooked is unacceptable.
I was at the window waiting approx fifteen minutes, strangely my order wasn’t ready given that It was 20 minutes after it should’ve been ready. The guy said they were running an hour behind. Canceled my order, he couldn’t even give a receipt showing canceled order and return of funds. The guy was somewhat unprofessional, filthy (especially his clothes/apron), appearance, didn’t seem to care much about the inconvenience.. this store has fallen from being a quick and great place for pizza. It really is hard to find good help. Will not be back, Mommas is much better and more convenient even at their busiest time.

I ordered a pizza at 10pm and at 12:30am I still did NOT have my pizza. The manager was unprofessional and didn't seem to care that I had been waiting 2 and a half hours for my pizza. I will not ever order from this store again and I DO NOT recommend that anyone else do. I understand having a busy night, but this is utterly ridiculous.

Buffalo sauce missing and pizza is rarely cut. I understand I came super late (30 mins before closing time) but come on. I paid extra for that buffalo sauce just for me to get home and its not on the pizza and can’t go back because it’s closed. The pizza was good though.
