I have no idea how this place stays in business. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order, it’s something. I’ve had drivers say they delivered and didn’t, I’ve had my card charged and order “never went through,” Ive had my card charged TWICE, the order is ALWAAYYS either wrong or missing items. Good luck with customer service, lol. Tonight my pizza was missing ALL OF THE TOPPINGS I added on. Called, actually got someone for once, and they said they would send a replacement right away. Here we are two hours later, my kids bedtime, no replacement pizza, no refund option in the app, and on hold with them for 20 mins and counting till someone decides they want to answer the phone. I dont know how hard it is to read a f’n receipt. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN SO NO, I don’t want 20% off my next order that’s never happening “to make it right.” I want the correct order that I paid for or a freakin refund.

They sent my order to the wrong address and left it on the porch, however, the assistant manager figured it out and brought my order out personally. We are all human. I get a little cranky when I'm hungry. I will order from them again.
Came to pick up the order was told to come back in 10. Came back and was told the same. When I said this is second time, they said they’re short staffed and I should come and work for them. Pathetic customer service and place looks like a pile of garbage inside out.

Hard to get through to make an order, service isn’t great. Pizza is usually hot though, and when I’ve had an issue the manager has been responsive and tried to make it right.

I’ve arrived twice now to pickup a carry out order and was told it wasn’t ready. This most recent time I arrived and after five minutes was told that it might be 30 minutes to an hour. This was after I arrived at the time I was told to arrive. I said that I’d like to cancel my order. While my order was being canceled I told my partner to make other dinner and plans. Before my order was canceled by the staff, I was then told that my order was in the oven and would be ready shortly. I explained the situation and was referred to another staff member. I explained again and she said that it was no problem to cancel. I said that it in fact was a problem. She said that the new kid didn’t know anything since he’d been there a week and only knows what they yell at him. I find everything about this unsatisfactory and disappointing. I’ve worked at pizza places, restaurants, and delivery joints in the past and understand that they aren’t the best jobs in the world but they should be so bad that I can’t get a straight answer when picking up my food and the excuse given is that my coworker doesn’t know anything when we yell at him. He was a brace faced teenager in a poor part of town, that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be trained and certainly doesn’t mean he doesn’t know anything. Please don’t patronize Domino’s! They clearly “don’t know anything.

Delivery still suspect considering proximity, but I do think they're lacking drivers. Food still arrived warm and was top quality this time around.
