I placed an order very late so it was not made which I understand but instead of canceling the order they took my money and closed the store. They said the money would be refunded and it still hasn’t been a week later. They literally just took my money.

every time I order a pizza with hot sauce, its forgotten so this time when I ordered, I called just to let them know the issue I usually have. Well I got my pizza and yes it does have hot sauce but its a stupid thin crust when I ordered hand tossed. This place can never get my stupid little 10in pizza right.

Manager kayla who was working was trash. Dont have good customer service skills. If u dont like your job find something else. Dont be rude to people because you think its ok. Just sad to see how many people in restaurants and food service are so rude nowadays. Hard to go out to eat anymore when you always have to deal with rude workers. Also cussed at me. which is crazy If i was the gm here i would be taking care of this. I dont think the gm cares either since he allows her to treat people this way. He was supposed to call me and never did. Still no pizza and no refund.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The new manager here is the rudest woman I've ever met, and she should be fired for the way she treats customers. I waited over an hour to get my pizzas and was refused the order when it was already completed. The manager here is unprofessional and hung up on customers ON THE STORE PHONE FOUR TIMES in just the time I have been there.

They say they close at 1, but stop accepting orders at 11:15 most nights. they're on doordash as well, but will cancel your order even before closing time. it's frustrating, especially when all the other domino's *do* actually close at 1-2 , not 11-12 .

When we moved to this area three years ago. This place was extremely fast always fresh and polite. In the past six months pizzas are showing up lukewarm at best and when you call to ask what is going on rude rude customer service made my last order today from This Dominos

I normally have a good experience with dominos but , I had a delivery order and driver was extremely rude and slammed my food on the ground ( I was going to send a cashapp tip ) but I could see he was angry which I don’t know why if he don’t like his drive he shouldn’t be a worker but anyways first time I had this happen to me very rude and unprofessional

I ordered online and was told my order would be ready in around 15-20 minutes so I headed to the store. I got there and it was still in the oven so I took a seat and waited for it to be ready. I told the workers the name I was there for and they told me it’d be ready shortly. Half an hour of listening to two teenage boys cuss each other out as they made pizzas later, I finally went back up to the counter and inquired about my pizza. A delivery driver had to go get it for me. There was no one else in there and no one asked if I had been helped or offered assistance without me first having to initiate it. Service was not great, and the pizza didn’t end up having the garlic crust I had ordered.

There is always something with this store. The latest excuse was: “ we made you wait 45 min for your pizza because we had a shift change. Meanwhile that same 2 people that took my order and made my pizza never left the store. When i tried to complain about the wait Noa yelled at me that my order was getting expedited. Still 45 minutes and no pizza because they made it wrong
Just wanted to say that two nights ago I stopped by late at night to get my wife the lava cake that she likes. And both people working were so friendly and nice that I will definitely go back for pizza. They had great service and went out of their way to friendly.

I've been a "regular" at this Dominos, ordering at least once a week for the past 5 years. Overall I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Food is generally always ready when it says it will be, and the quality.
Occasionally some pizza's do come out a little iffy, but that's rare. I've never had an issue with them messing up my order or giving me the wrong thing, the one time I did get the completely wrong pizza they gave me a coupon for a free pizza and I still got to keep the original pizza, so they are very good at rectifying issues as well.
Overall this will continue to be my "home store" as long as they continue to knock it out of the park. Any issues people have with quantity/quality is usually a Domino's issue, and not a store issue.
