I ordered my food at 6:42p and received a text message at 8:03p that my order was cancelled. I sat on hold with the centralized ordering service for 15 minutes. It kept saying I was next in line but no one answered. Very disappointing!!
Food was delivered an hour late it’s set under a warmer for over an hour it was rockhard and cold.
I called to complain and was told they would send a fresh order right away. Over an hour past no order showed up I called the store the ma that answered the phone told me he was too busy hung up on me, I called back the phone was picked up and slammed down on three different calls
Food took too long & came cold.
