Didn’t start my order until well after my pickup time. I ended up waiting 30 minutes past the latest pickup time their website told me. It seems several other people had long waits too because one of the guys making the pizzas was standing around talking. The guy causing the delay had the most attitude when asked any questions. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the guy at the register was actually very nice and apologized a few times.

Horrible customer service. I ordered items online. They called to tell me they were out of an item. They offered a $15 credit for a future purchase. Today I tried to redeem the $15. Get this, they can’t apply it to online orders. I either pay full price over the phone to use the $15 or use the deals online and never see my $15. #fail. I spoke with the store manager Joshua who said his hands were tied. He would not give me contact information for the store owner or “Tyler” who is above him. He said I could file a formal complaint but those go back to him. Got to love them punishing the customer for their continued shortcomings. #fail

I mean, it's Domino's Pizza, what is there to say about it? Mass produced pizzas, taste generally like all other locations. The food is good, hot, and filling, I always get what I ordered, and feeding large parties isn't hard with cheap pizzas.

I usually dont write reviews but they really pissed me off. I ordered a pizza with two toppings, mushroom, and steak. When I picked up the pizza I opened the box and found that half the pizza had no cheese(literally just bread) and there was no mushrooms. When I went back to have them make me a new pizza, the worker appeared very annoyed at me. He then said they were out of mushrooms, which would’ve been nice to know before I ordered the pizza. When I asked if I could sub onions, the worker( in a very snooty tone) said “i guess”. He acted like i was the one inconveniencing him. My overall complaint isn't that the pizza was even made wrong. It was the poor customer service and the attitude. The store was also disgusting, the workers weren’t wearing gloves and they were going from making pizzas to the cash register handling money. Some of the workers were even walking by eating the toppings.

Service and atmosphere was fine, but the pizza was not good. We are regular Domino’s customers that just moved here from Colorado. We had the best Dominos where we lived that topped all the other pizza places around. This place does not put enough sauce and definitely did not have the garlic butter seasoning on the crust even though we ordered it that way. Along with that, I ordered half of the pizza to have pineapple, mushroom, and ham on it. Something on there was sour and definitely going bad. I am assuming the pineapple. Oh and the Parmesan bites were overbaked and dry. I do think all of these things could be corrected though:-) Domino’s has always been our favorite cheap pizza, but we are going to have to find another place in our neighborhood here if this is the normal pizza at this location.

“I ordered the pizza today (June 4th), and the delivery experience was completely unprofessional. The driver left the package on the ground and, instead of handing it over properly, just pointed at it from his car when my wife came outside. This kind of service is unacceptable.
Overall happy with my experience here as a regular customer. Sometimes the ingredients are really light, but that's what you get for inexpensive pizza. Once in awhile, our special order pizza is not made correctly, but it's a pretty weird one with no cheese and double barbecue sauce.
