They employees are very friendly and try their best to deal with all types of orders. They have been a lil shorthanded recently but I believe they are doing the best they can for what they can do. I don't understand why people would say such bad things about North 30th St location after having a problem but then order from there again. These people are human too and we as humans do make mistakes and they have always tried to right their mistakes. Alot of times they are training new employees due to a high turn over and so when ordering people need to be patient and understanding.

I’m more than mad about my food. I waited 2 hours for my food. When it got here, it was cold and it wasn’t the right food. I am highly disappointed and will be calling in the morning to talk to someone since they waited til they closed to deliver my food to me.

Wrong order delivered. Took 50 minutes to deliver. On the phone for 10+ minutes, no answer. Had to request a refund with the company I used to pay for my order. First and last time ordering delivery from this store. Not cool.

Every time I order and I get there to pick it up (because it said it’s ready) its not ready so they keep expecting me to wait another 20-30 mins it happens all the time this not the 1st, 2nd, nor 3rd time I’m not letting it go this time and they rude and didn’t care about it!

Employees are incompetent and illiterate ordered tonight and one of my pizza was supposed to be all pep n sausage half no cheese due to my son being highly allergic to dairy I called and the rude ass shift manager or whoever he is proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they can’t do half no cheese failing to realize I use to work for dominos I was a manager at dominos and I know what I’m talking about but he decided to be rude and ignorant and just hung up on me so I then called military location to see if what sir illiterate said was true and guess what it’s not they definitely can do half no cheese this locations employees are just illiterate and incompetent and don’t know how to read thankfully the dominos on military ave was understanding and nice enough to remake my order so my son can actually eat I will be in tomorrow to get names as well as get ahold of corporate and also calling my lawyer nd I’ll be bringing it to court my son is highly allergic and this could have ended badly nd with a hospital visit due to negligence and incompetence of this location

This store is OUTSTANDING! HAHA YEA RIGGT!!. I ORDERED PIZZA TONIGHT BECAUSE MY BATTERY WAS DEAD IN MY CAR AND HAD TO WAIT FOR A JUMP. AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 25+ MINUTES BECAUSE I HAD NO BACON ON MY BBQ PIZZA WHEN I ORDERED IT ON THERE CLEARLY. I GOT TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT I DID NOT ORDER BACON AND HUNG UP ON. DO YALL SEE BACON ON THAT 3RD PIZZA!?? I DO!!!. SO CURRENTLY WAITING ON A JUMP TO GO DOWN THERE TO SHOW THE MANAGER THAT I DID ORDER BACON ON MYYYYYY PIZZA. HONESTLY HAD NO OTHER CHOICE HERE I LIVE WHERE THERES NOT MANY OPTIONS THAT DELIVER UNLESS YOU PAY THE EXTRA THROUGH DOORDASH. OOOH AND TO TOP IT OFF THE RUDE ASS DRIVER THAT SHOVED MY ORDER IN MY FACE RECEIVED A $15 TIP. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

We ordered via the website. We ordered two pizzas and a loaded tots. Apparently they were out of loaded tots and instead of refunding us, they kept the money and had the delivery driver inform us.
We were told that the manager would contact us. They never did. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called the next day and was put on hold for 45 minutes. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a phone call from the manager, nor have I received a refund.

i paid for an item. i did not receive said item. I talked to an employee and was told you can get it next time. It's next time. I got told no to my item that is owed. I waited over 5 minutes for the curbside delivery. went inside and waited longer to relieve my pizza. customer service does not respond. manager hang up on the victims of theft. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

We ordered about $60 worth of pizza. They delivered it to another house. (This was not the first time they did this.) We called to ask about it and kept mediately getting put on hold and never could talk to anyone. We emailed their corporate office. They passed it on to the franchise owner who never called us. We used to order pizza from them pretty regularly. NEVER AGAIN.

Well, I ordered a pizza at 6:05.They said it would be done by 630 and I was there from 625 to 705 and there was still no pizza.The manager was frustrated.They had a computer glitch or catering order or something there.They need to adjust that and get more people working.I took my money back and left.Domino's his went downhill on north thirtieth street
