AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 25+ MINUTES BECAUSE I HAD NO BACON ON MY BBQ PIZZA WHEN I ORDERED IT ON THERE CLEARLY. I GOT TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT I DID NOT ORDER BACON AND HUNG UP ON. DO YALL SEE BACON ON THAT 3RD PIZZA!?? I DO!!!. SO CURRENTLY WAITING ON A JUMP TO GO DOWN THERE TO SHOW THE MANAGER THAT I DID ORDER BACON ON MYYYYYY PIZZA. HONESTLY HAD NO OTHER CHOICE HERE I LIVE WHERE THERES NOT MANY OPTIONS THAT DELIVER UNLESS YOU PAY THE EXTRA THROUGH DOORDASH. We ordered via the website. We ordered two pizzas and a loaded tots. Apparently they were out of loaded tots and instead of refunding us, they kept the money and had the delivery driver inform us. We were told that the manager would contact us. They never did. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called the next day and was put on hold for 45 minutes. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a phone call from the manager, nor have I received a refund.

We ordered about $60 worth of pizza. They delivered it to another house. (This was not the first time they did this.) We called to ask about it and kept mediately getting put on hold and never could talk to anyone. We emailed their corporate office. They passed it on to the franchise owner who never called us. We used to order pizza from them pretty regularly. NEVER AGAIN.

Well, I ordered a pizza at 6:05.They said it would be done by 630 and I was there from 625 to 705 and there was still no pizza.The manager was frustrated.They had a computer glitch or catering order or something there.They need to adjust that and get more people working.I took my money back and left.Domino's his went downhill on north thirtieth street

I ordered pizzas three times from there three different occasions and my food was delivered to another address when I put my order in I made sure the address was my exact address and my food was still delivered to the wrong address when I called to The place that was supposed to be delivering it. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and I call from two different numbers when I went up there to find out what was going on. He said there’s nothing they could do. My food was already delivered when they were glad to take the money from my card through their app. I am very upset with this location. It does not matter if you order on DoorDash and or the website or call them direct, they are strictly unprofessional and do not try to work out things when it is their problem for making the mistake. You know I don’t go in there all upset. I just go in there and ask them directly. You know what’s going on in a nice calm voice and a lady and our owner at the front just looks at you so dumbfounded like she’s on some type of drugs. I do not appreciate how this location is still being acceptable With the environment and or employees that they have working here and didn’t even want to give you my money back.

This location is normally fine for me, I've barely had any issues except for the last time I ordered. I did it through the app for delivery and it said the order was completed/delivered (left at door) but it wasn't there. I have a camera so it would see if anyone came to my door to drop off or even steal the food. I called the place, was on hold for 10 min, hung up and called again and got through. Got transferred to a manager about the issue and she said the driver was telling her he left it on the steps. I looked everywhere outside and didn't see it and told them I have a camera. And she was like he said he heard it ding when he walked by. Well that is just straight up a lie or wrong house then cause my doorbell doesn't ding with motion, only if you press the button. If they pressed the button I would have 110% got a notification then! I told them this and they put my on hold for 30 min. I had to hang up and call back. On top of that, I happened to be outside while on hold and straight up saw the dominos driver drive by and stop at the wrong house to probably check if he delivered the pizza and then drive off.. like I saw the uniform so I am just confused. I just wanted my meal after a long day of work and after a workout😭
