Usually amazing service I've been on the phone to complain for an hour now and I'm. Ot able to even eat the food I paid for waste of money/ this is how the make the sandwiches it’s all bread barley any meat!

never called dominoes dont even collect rewards
I ordered carry out and they were 40 minutes past the time listed in the email.

Cancelled my order because the driver didn't want to drive in the rain...
From this store on N 30th in Omaha I have NEVER gotten a correct order and this time I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER! On the phone to try and talk to the store been on hold for almost 30 minutes now and they close in 8 minutes. This is the store the app defaults to for this address, it won't let me change it. I would order from the Saddle Creek store if i could!
I just want my money back!!!! 😭

This place is sucks the employee named Johnnie got this funky attitude rude the service is not good its not recommended to others if u want pizza get somewhere else it says that 15mins but been waiting for 20mins and still preparing

Never answer the phone
They employees are very friendly and try their best to deal with all types of orders. They have been a lil shorthanded recently but I believe they are doing the best they can for what they can do. I don't understand why people would say such bad things about North 30th St location after having a problem but then order from there again. These people are human too and we as humans do make mistakes and they have always tried to right their mistakes. Alot of times they are training new employees due to a high turn over and so when ordering people need to be patient and understanding.
I’m more than mad about my food. I waited 2 hours for my food. When it got here, it was cold and it wasn’t the right food. I am highly disappointed and will be calling in the morning to talk to someone since they waited til they closed to deliver my food to me.
