Service was terrible, orders taken the old-fashioned way, very mistake prone.Of course they messed up on the order taking, then they refuse to admit their mistake to fix it(It's literally 2 fries).Food is okay though

44th & Dodge employees are friendly, get out their usual good food quickly. However, they are working under difficult conditions. The heat has been out for several weeks during winter temperatures. So the door sign let's you know dining room is cold.Corporate office says they have replacement on order but it hasn't come in.
