I ordered food from these guys and paid extra for multiple items: 1) An extra slice of cheese that they did not provide 2) A Cheese Frenchie that looked as if it had been shoved forcefully into the styrofoam box 3) 3 extra ranch cups, all the of which had been barely filled. I mean it would've been cheaper AND given me more if I had ordered this from a completely different joint
This place is a scam. The burger was good but not worth the amount of money I paid if this is the kind of service you provide.

Never going back to this location again. I ordered a #3 with a large onion rings and the chicken strips combo. I asked for about 3-4 Don sauce as I use it to dip my burger and onion rings into. I also asked for about 2-3 ranch dressing for the chicken strips. I had the manager come to the drive thru window and tell me we can only give out 1 sauce per item and I had to pay for the rest of them. I had gone to the same location about a week before on my way home from work and ordered the #3 with large onion rings and got 4 Don sauce with it without any issues. I ended up leaving without the food. I went to Culver's instead. They act like asking for sauce is a crime. If they want to charge for everything little item like this then I guess they just don't want my business.
The cashier was really wonderful and nice. The other employees, not so much 😬 when you walk in, there is a long hallway that you walk down to order your food. They do have a menu that you can look at while you wait in that hallway. Very convenient
