We go to your restaurant about every two weeks and went again tonight. I was so disappointed because hamburger was tough, fries were soaked with grease and way too salty. The cheese frenchee tasted like it was cooked in rancid grease. Please try to improve quality; I would hate to go somewhere else! One thing, the employees are very helpful.

I stopped at the Omaha 160th and Evans location a few nights ago and decided to go inside the store this time to make a to-go order. Big mistake. I have noticed that drive-thru orders, though they also take awhile, go through quicker. I was in the store for nearly 20 minutes after a basic order (I mean ... it's "fast" food or, well, you know what I mean). The food is okay, but not that warm. I made a mistake and ordered a BLT. Nothing was right about this BLT. It had a few small, limp pieces of bacon with a little shredded lettuce (I'm already laughing describing this), on a BUN. Easily the stupidest thing to have on a menu if THIS is who you serve it! I don't get why it takes so long for food that is not very warm or appears very fresh or appetizing. I've supported them because they are local and many of us know the King's Food Host connection from the early days, but they are NOT King's and they are not very good anymore.
First time visit, great experience and the food was delicious. Review of the menu was completed by staff.

I am gone all day at work and sometimes it’s just easier grabbing something to go. I get to Don N Millie’s to order dinner and I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. I pull around to verify my order and she was upset I even asked to repeat my order. I get all my food and make it home realizing they’d forgot my chili for my cheese dog and the dog was the only reason I went there. The food is not bad but I regret waiting 20 minutes to get my food, and then driving another 10 mins home and then realizing I didn’t get everything in my order is very frustrating considering it was over 40 dollars. There is plenty of other great options near by and I definitely won’t be back any time soon. I highly recommend you check your order so you don’t waste any time driving home with an incomplete order.
This is a very rare restaurant where the employees actually care about the customer and are very friendly. Even the younger employees. Food is outstanding.
