The food is delicious as always! This was not a good overall experience though. I tried to place the order on-line. The website would not allow me to place the order. I did as directed, and attempted to phone the order in. The worker that answered the phone told me they could not take phone orders. So, instead, we sent an employee out there to get our food. She tried to order combos, but without drinks. I did not want my employee to have to try and wrangle 8 drinks back in her car. The person working the counter said you could not order combos without a drink. Not sure why as it means greater profits for Don and Millie's. So, instead, we tried to order just the sandwiches, with a side of fries. The counter worker pointed out that would be more expensive, and my employee told her that was OK, that was what we wanted. We ordered 6 cheeseburgers, 1 Frenchee, and 1 chicken strip, ALL with fries. When it was all said and done, we received all the burgers, exactly s order. Except NONE of them had fries! Not one. The chicken strips did inexplicably include fries. I like the food enough that I will return, but thy REALLY need to tighten up their counter service. I also included pictures of the website since the counter worker also did not believe it was not working because she could pull it up on her phone. Iwas on an office desktop.

1. Baked potatoe soup: would not buy again.
1a. Not the greatest consistency or flavor. Soet of bland. Bur it is a potatoe. Add some more season / salt / pepper and it will be better.
2. Chicken rice bowl: would not buy again.
2a. Had a bit too much soy sauce and I think the veggies tasted off in my opinion. Rice was fluffy, but the overall flavor wasnt the best.
4a. Lots of bread and small amount of cheese. Its still good. But, id like to see more cheese inside or mabe some cheese dip to go with.
5. Classic chicken club sandwhich: would buy again.
5a. Great sandwhich. Bacon adds a nice touch. Good size patty with the righ amount of veggies. Bacon adds a nice touch.

I've been going to Don and Millies for years. Their food is good and service has been great. But today.... let me start with the food it was as good as it always is.
BUT... for the 60 to 90 seconds this girl Baylie S who is representing your company while I was trying to order , wow, the pure hateful attitude and snippy retorts, I was appalled. And when I asked if you have a military discount I got cut off with "we have never given any discounts" super sharp and louder than what she was talking before. So I don't know if I offended her by simply asking. But I assure you I was definitely offended by the attitude and aggressive nature she chose to speak to me. I am sad to say will not be returning to this restaurant for awhile, I hope by the next time I do, she will either be treating people better or not working in customer service any longer. If a manager is reading this, don't just take my word for it. Stand back and watch her I'm sure she will show her true colors. The way she acted was completely uncalled for.

In town for baseball and had never seen or heard of Don and millies. Went through the drive through and got a burger and chicken fingers. Took it back to my air b and b and both my spouse and myself were quite impressed. The next day my nephew sent a text that they were headed there for lunch. I ordered another burger but this time got the rings. I savored that burger and will miss Don and millies once I am back in mesa. The fingers and fries were top quality as well. First time patron who is now a believer. My nephew ordered a cheese feenchie so I also got to try that cuisine. I have to say that was a little too greasy for my taste but I finished it off anyway and it was delicious.

Great Taco Salads and cheesburgers. Onion rings are really good to. The self serve Pepsi drink station needs adjustment the mountain dew and diet mountain dew have little to no carbination, mostly just syrup.
