Food is always hot and fresh. Service will depend on who you get, but all of them are cordial at least. Some you can tell do not want to be there by how they lean on the register or stand around watching others work. The lobby area is almost always clean, bathrooms too.

Awful experience. Visiting omaha so trying to experience the city & frenchee was recommended. Couldn't hear the cashier say 1st windows. No one was at window, so drove to 2nd windows. Cashier literally made me back up to the 1st windows to pay & then pull to 2nd windows again. Frenchee was gross & just tasted like grease. Had to eat tums immediately. Do NOT recommend.

I love hitting D+M when I am in the metro area. This time we brought a picky friend that has never been here. He enjoyed his experience. Sorry, I forgot to get pictures of our food but it was great.
