The food, drinks, and service are the same amazing quality I expect from the Dell. This place is truly a staple of the neighborhood, and the staff are always really friendly.
Unfortunately right now they have this tacky Harry Potter pop-up. Apparently it's for halloween, but the decor looks less like the polished pop-ups that other bars have started doing and more like a child was set loose with thier Warner Brothers collectibles.
I hope the cotton stuff above the bar will come down after halloween. I kept feeling like it was going to fall into my drink.

For some reason, Dundee Dell stopped offering brunch months ago, but still hasn’t updated their doors or website to indicate that they open at 11am on Saturday and that they no longer offer brunch. Everything still shows that they do. What a waste of my time driving over here and realizing, at 10:30am, that they weren’t even open. Did their doors reflect that? Nope. What about google? Nope. Their website? Also no.

When the menu says “world famous,” you know that’s what you have to order. So, all four of us did exactly that. “World famous fish and chips.” It’s very good. The fish is tender and moist, coated with a light, crisp batter. The tartar sauce is excellent, and not like the usual tartar. The fries (chips) are also very good. In fact, I couldn’t stop eating them, even though I should have stopped. The service is very good, and friendly. I should mention that our food came out very quickly. My only complaint is that there was enough background sound to make conversation challenging. If you’re headed to Dundee, you should definitely give the Dell a try. You may have to park a bit away from the cafe and walk.

What’s great night for dinner and jazz on a Thursday evening !! Teriyaki Salmon and a new beer on random Iowa called Pompeii. With hints of mango and summer !! Thanks Dundee dell for a great night !

What a cool place! We had brunch here on a Sunday, arrived just after opening. Loved the atmosphere! The manager waited on us, I should have gotten his name, but, well, I didn't. He was delightful, so friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous. My husband had the biscuits and gravy, and after snitching a few bites while his head was turned, and can honestly say that they were HANDS DOWN the best b&g I've ever had. My breakfast sandwich was delicious. Loved it!

We loved the French Fries when first opened. Thin & crispy like Pomp Frites. Also I love Stella Beer & wish they had it on tap. I do not like local beers & so I get their local lager beer. But we love the Fish & Chips & tastes perfect with a crispy breading. Along with Thursday Jazz band in the Tasting Rm.
