I should have known to not go to Dunkin this morning but it’s always bad. Today was my last straw especially with this store, because there’s barely any sprinkles on the donuts and there’s two sausages in my sandwich. As a supervisor at Starbucks, I couldn’t imagine giving someone this kind of service.

Literally 100% of the time that I have ordered a coffee from this place with cold foam, they fill ice and coffee to the very top of the cup, attempt toput cold foam on top and then shove a lid on it. The cold foam goes down the sides and they wipe it up with a napkin and then I'm left with a sticky cup, which makes my hands sticky, my steering wheel sticky, and everything sticky in the car. So incredibly frustrating.

This location is convenient for me because it's right next door to my job, I've never had an issue until today 7/07/25 First off, I waited in the drive thru line for 15 min which was crazy to me because there was only 2 cars in front of me... I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a Turkey, egg, and cheese sandwich. The coffee was fine however, the sandwich tasted like straight up cleaning solution or chemicals and when I told staff about it they kind of looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. Then offered me a donut. Save yourself and go to the Starbucks or Scooters down the street. I wouldn't even trust water from there anymore that's how bad it was.

I love La Vista Dunkin Donuts!
I babysit overnight a lot, so I enjoy getting the $6 meal deal as a treat on the way home.
The staff here are always super friendly, even at 6am! They make my day(s) a lot brighter 😊
All the staff it's friendly today my question it's do you have donuts? When you ask that in a donut place something it's not right. I'm stop to coming like 2 month ago because for 10 times at least never have donuts ,when decide come back let me try for last time one guy very respectful answer my question yes i have donuts when start my order ask for Bavarian cream he says i don't have i cancel my order and left

We went there for Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Not quite 31 Flavors since it's a smaller shop but they had plenty to choose from. They still had the waffle Bowls , & waffle cones, sugar cones, regular cones, toppings of all sorts. Sundaes. I think some smoothies and maybe some shakes.
