Andrew at this location is always so nice and helpful! He’s patient with staff and customers, and always has a smile and welcoming attitude! My coffee and food have always been made to perfection, and I hadn’t always experienced that in the past. Glad to see the improvements

Really nice workers! Only thing is they seem to be out of stock with a lot of ingredients like white cheddar cheese, donuts. The hashbrowns I ordered were pretty crunchy, would have been better fresh.

Went here three times for the same iced coffee and the first time it was good, the second time it was awful and the third time they didn't even bother to put sugar free syrup in the coffee it was just pure sugar.

I have been loyal to Dunkin for over 15 years. This location is terrible!!! The past two weeks the oven has been “down” and that makes it really inconvenient for me, because then I have to go to another place. I asked why it’s been down so much over the past two weeks and her reply was “we don’t turn the ovens on until more people come” WHATTTT you’re a breakfast/coffee place! Do you think Starbucks doesn’t turn their ovens on until later. NO WAY. This location has lost $100s of dollars from me, and I doubt I go back. It’s a 15 min drive each way and we spend $30 a day. No longer tho, since I don’t come “late enough” for food!

Coffee had WAY too much syrup ? They forgot to put an item we initially ordered, so we had to give our card back to charge for a whole other thing we thought was already on it. I wish I would have seen all the one star reviews before I even bothered ?

Genuinely curious how the Dunkin app communicates with the store. Every time I order on the app, it gets messed up and I get something I didn't order at multiple locations. It's like they can see an order for a donut but can't see which specific donut, so they just throw one in a bag. They can see an order for a coffee, but can't see the details, so you get something close but not quite what you wanted. Dunkin' is consistently inconsistent with my coffee order. The same drink tastes very different based on who made it. There must not be a guide on how many pumps etc. I drank my wonky drink for years chalking it up to "one of those things". Getting the wrong donut every time is more annoying to me because donuts are my favorite. Most recently, I ordered a customized box of a dozen donuts on the app, went through the drive thru and headed to the office. When I opened the box, 2 out of the 12 donuts in the box were correct. Yes, I could walk in and order, but then what's the point of a drive thru? Yes, I could check before I leave, but I didn't think of it at the time (and honestly shouldn't have to). I'm officially done with Dunkin.

Trying not to be a Karen because I’ve worked in the food industry before so I understand things happen. But repetitively all the time this is happening?! How do you forget a dozen of donuts on a delivery order I’m so sad :(

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. They were out of pretty much every donut and it was 9 am on a Saturday. This place is a joke. Would give zero stars if I could.
