I visited the drive thru on Oct 23. I tried to order a pumpkin spice latte. They were out of milk and pumpkin swirl. I tried ordering a bagel sandwich, they were out of eggs and bacon. I tried ordering a butternut donut. They'd just sold out (lol, I actually doubt that). I ordered a medium latte with almond milk (charged extra for almond milk although they didn't even have regular milk) and 2 donuts and the total was $9.44. I asked if they could add a discount due to being out of every item I'd wanted. The guy laughed. I said that they could just keep the food then.

Ordered the bucket of munkins and a slushie drink. Drink was ok like nine dollars the munchkin bucket was horrible not sure how they store them when they fill them but all top was stale once got past that it was ho him nothing worth 15 dollars.

I’ve been a regular here since the day they opened, and have had lots of fantastic experiences with great Dunkin people. I appreciate the early opening hours, wifi, and great coffee. Today was my last visit here. The level of service has declined dramatically recently. And this morning I hit my personal tipping point with the coffee not being good enough to makeup for the rudeness of the staff.

This Dunkin doesn't even deserve a one star rating day. You are allowed to place your order through their mobile app and then when you get there, there's nobody there, there's nobody to give you your food or your order or you even give you your money back! Nobody came in and open the store!
Growing up in Vermont with Dunkin Donuts everywhere - this location is gross.Donuts are not fresh, they were slimy and melted, they never have a variety of munchkins. This morning there were munchkins but who knew what was what... no one. The staff doesn't know what they have for food or donuts. There were donuts on top of the counter not protected and flies in the store. I know it's fly season but put the donuts away.

I went in to pick up my girlfriend who had just started working there two days prior to my going in. I was astonished how dirty the place was the counter was filthy with coffee and drinks and stuff spilled all over it it was sticky and there was garbage all over the floor. When I went in to use the bathroom it was disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned or mopped since the day that they opened. My girlfriend informed me that there is no management no training and when she complained to the regional manager he had a major attitude. ( Brian ) I don't understand how you could possibly be so incompetent when running a business. Something tells me this place won't be open for very much longer. After the 4th day my girlfriend walked out totally frustrated with the complete lack of management. If you plan on applying for a job at this location don't waste your time. Signed, absolutely disgusted

Get used to waiting in line, always understaffed. Just go somewhere else. Typical wait for a non busy day is 15-20 in the drive thru.
