The young lady running the store name was Shailyn and she was kind, compassionate (persons with DD were there and she was very patient.) She knew the menu, gave great suggestions and the entire building, bathroom included was immaculately clean.

Dunkin “Donuts” event….
So I go to Dunkin Donuts because online they had several different types of munchkins and quite a few different donuts to chose from. I pull up to the drive thru and the lady asks me what I need. I scan the menu multiple times and can’t seem to find even one donut listed NOT ONE……. So I ask the lady am I just missing it or are donuts not even a choice on your Dunkin “Donuts” drive thru menu? So I said well I guess I’ll just have to come in. So I do….. the amount of choices for donuts was like 5 different kinds (they don’t even have room for much more than that on display) So I scan the glass case and there are maybe 2 donuts I would want and they don’t have several of the munchkin options that were listed on the website. The menu inside on the wall didn’t even give you prices for donuts at all!!!! When I asked the lady for prices she almost seemed confused by the question so I had to spell it out for her. I say, “Ok say I want a 25 or a 50 count of munchkins, are those amounts how you sell them?, also, how much for a dozen” It was like I was asking her to solve string theory! Needless to say I walked out. Oddly enough as I sit here preparing to post this review the review options don’t even list donuts as one of the options to buy there…..

First the line was so long. The staff got my order wrong and the food was cold. I asked for cream and sugar and they just did not put anything in my coffee. They gave me a bagel sandwich with just a bagel and nothing else. They staff was not friendly. I just tried Dunkin for the first time a few days ago and I was disappointed a few times

Went to this Dunkin at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and was told that they have no donuts. I then asked the lady if they sold out already to which the lady responded we haven’t started making them yet. It’s a donut shop, what are you guys even doing. Terrible place to go!

We have been to this location 2 times in 2 weeks First time drive thru..no one answered the drive up.....2nd time this morning. 3 employees and it took, going inside and nearly 3 cake donuts. No apologizes for rudeness., laziness lack of ambition... Never again

You never know if they are going to be open! I stop there almost every morning 4 out of 7 times they are closed. I know it’s early but the hours are 4:30-7

Zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru for 2 donuts and 2 bottles of milk. I was the only one in the drive thru and I sat at the menu board for five full minutes until they asked me for my order. Then I pulled to the Window and waited another 5 full minutes with nobody even coming near the Window much less take my payment. It's like nobody works there. Again, I was the only person in line and it was the quickest order you could get! I ended up pulling away without my order because nobody ever showed up. Absolutely ridiculous service.
