You never know if they are going to be open! I stop there almost every morning 4 out of 7 times they are closed. I know it’s early but the hours are 4:30-7
Great people working there
Zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru for 2 donuts and 2 bottles of milk. I was the only one in the drive thru and I sat at the menu board for five full minutes until they asked me for my order. Then I pulled to the Window and waited another 5 full minutes with nobody even coming near the Window much less take my payment. It's like nobody works there. Again, I was the only person in line and it was the quickest order you could get! I ended up pulling away without my order because nobody ever showed up. Absolutely ridiculous service.
Shailyn is a great manager, always helpful and all of her employees are fast and friendly. I love coming here!

Donut shop taking 40 minutes and still didn’t get to the front.
usually okay! i ordered med shakin espresso (comes with 2 shots) pretty sure they gave me like 4 shots because its super strong and isnt like right color 😣 they are trying to kill me, took 2 sips and my heart is pounding ☹️
We placed an online pickup order for donuts and drinks. When we got there we were told they didn’t have donuts and wouldn’t be able to start making them till 10 when the manager got in. There no offer to refund or replace the missing product and the girl behind the counter was talking to her partner on the phone while trying to “help” us. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. Working in food and retail for years and I’m still shocked this can even happen. We’re down $20 because they have nothing and don’t care to offer a refund or an exchange. When we asked about it the girl working said “I don’t know you’ll have to come back later when, my sister, the manager is here”. Yeah like I trust your family member to stick up for the customer and not her sister? Absolutely ridiculous!
This location is closest to me, so I go here regularly. Almost every time, it appears there is one person supporting the drive thru, and they are overworked. I don't blame them at all. This location is also chronically out of something. Perhaps there isn't adequate oversight and management.

I hate leaving bad reviews but if you go here make sure you have 20-30 minutes to spare for the drive through. 3xs I've been here and it's so slow everytime. Not to mention only 2 cars in front of me. If you need a manager, all I ask is for great pay and I'll turn this store around.
It’s 7:15 am and they don’t have any glazed donuts, long johns or almond croissants…. What? Incredibly slow too and no way out of the drive thru line - was going to leave because it was taking too long, but couldn’t 😔 I hate leaving a bad review, but this location deserves one.
Been sitting in this drive through line 10 minutes early in the morning poor service and nobody answering the drive through call!!!!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!!
Terrible service.. waited 20 minutes in the cafe when no one was up front ready to take orders… seems like is ran but addicts or something
Beautiful inside but they don't have anything you want.. especially donuts..slow as hell. Always out of product coffee is never hot and they claim they have no way to warm it up. Last time they said they're out of decaf. This is twice I've been disappointed I won't be going back to this location again
