I went to Dunkin yesterday evening and got an iced latte with 3 pumps of blueberry and 3 pumps butter pecan swirl. When I got it I noticed the milk tasted weird but it was still decent so I drank it (I just thought it had a lot of milk). An hour later I had thrown up. My boyfriend said it had to be the milk because it was the only thing I’ve had recently and it smelled like spoiled milk. I usually love iced lattes from Dunkin but that experience really makes me question their food safety practices
The service at the Dunkins locations is above amazing. Being in a prime location, the orders are still handled quickly and accurately. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

I have never had worse coffee. 15 minutes in line for 2 coffees and both of them were horrendous. I'd rather go to a gas station

This location used to be SO GREAT! Its been slowly declining since its been open. I live in the area and this is my neighborhood dunkin. But if i were to choose, i would not go to this one. Today, i presented my app to be scanned and the cashier, without a word, took my phone and shut the window and walked off. She was gone for about 3 minutes and that was 3 minutes of pure panic. I couldnt see them at all and my phone contains all my cards and info inside the case. They should not have taken it without telling me. As a former worker at dunkin, severely disappointed.

The only Dunkin I trust to go to. They always make the perfect cup of coffee. I go every Saturday morning and get my large coffee, bacon and egg and cheese on a plain bagel and of course a vanilla frosted donut. Delicious every time. Sometimes they are crazy busy, but it's so worth the wait and they always have a smile and are courteous. Love the people that work there!

Literally every time we're here something goes wrong. I hate this is the convent location.
Today we placed a mobile order they never got it. A woman walks in and stands at the kiosk for a good 10-15 minutes refusing to do anything for yourself. But it's okay because she knows the girl behind the counter so she is screaming and causing a scene but she gets her food first.
We finally get Kate to make our drinks. After going through my phone with her gloves on, and then not changing them before going back to food service she makes drinks. She makes one drink that's on the counter doesn't say a word. I ask her why she wasn't going to say a word and she tries to blame somebody else saying that they are the ones still making it. They were both sitting on the counter. She was just refusing to acknowledge me
waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone answering the speaker. got to the window and they forgot the wrap and munchkins. waited for another 2 before they told us they were out of both.

We ordered our food on the kiask and went to go wait like usual. After about 20 minutes they finally asked if we ordered something. They grabbed the box for our donuts and just left it there. Waited for how long with no one there terrible services rude and horrible. HORRRIBLE DONT GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE A 5 YEAR ILD WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER.

Horrible service, nasty place. Today 10/18 I walked into this shop to purchase some donuts and coffee. There were 2-3 cars in the drive-thru, nobody other than me inside the shop. I stood by the cash register for about 5 minutes, both employees walked by me several times, apparently so incredibly busy tending to the drive-thru orders that both completely ignored me the entire 5 minutes I was standing in front of the cash register. Some quick eye contact and a short "I'll be right here with you" would have gone a very long way. After standing there for 5 minutes, another customer came in and stood in line behind me, she even chuckled when one of the 2 employees whined out loud "why are these donuts so tiny?". After 6 minutes of being ignored, I saw several flies flying over the cash register, then I saw the donuts sitting there in the open with nothing covering them. After the very long wait, the total lack of attention from both employees, and seeing the flies , I had had enough. When I turned around to leave, I told the customer behind me, who had been waiting only about 2 minutes, "I wouldn't wait". When he saw that I had turned around to leave, the male employee finally said something to us while he was standing by the drive-thru window, something like "sorry guys... (something I didn't understand)". I continued heading to the door, then he snarkily yelled at me "have a great day!". I would not give my hard-earned $$$$ to this horrible place

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your on Sunday name or address] on Sunday, October 13th 2024 Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Dunkin’.
When I arrived, I used the self-service kiosk to place my order, but I was left waiting for assistance for about 5-10 minutes, despite an employee walking back and forth in front of the register. There were several other customers behind me, and we were all left without proper acknowledgment or help. After realizing I would not be assisted, I completed my order through the kiosk. However, to my frustration, 25 minutes passed before my order was ready, while others who ordered after me were served promptly.
To make matters worse, the employee repeatedly asked what I had ordered, even though all the details were entered into the self-serve system. This led to further confusion and delay, leaving me increasingly frustrated and impatient.
This experience reflects poorly on the level of service I expect from Dunkin’, and I would like to see this issue addressed at this location. I hope that management can take steps to improve the efficiency of service and communication with customers to prevent future occurrences like this.
I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and hope that corrective action will be taken.

Workers were very short and rude. Took forever for them to take our order inside, so we went through the drive through instead. Immediately told us to wait, then acted inconvenienced when you didn't know you could order right away. Worst customer service I've experienced.
