The guy who normally works mornings is awesome. Katelyn, however is very rude. She is clearly not a morning person and does not even try to fake it lol. Her bad mood left a foul vibe lingering throughout my day. 10/1000 do not recommend going when she is working. Give ole girl a different shift.

Wow. Came to this store and they did not had a lot of their donuts. Lol. It's so crazy to go to a donut store and just getting out with a sad coffee. ??♂️??♂️ Thumbs down for this store. Also they are slow af. Long lines and the cashier had the most terrible expression. SMILE AT LEASTUpdate after 2 years from my last review. They are a bit more welcoming, but don't use the drive thru. It's faster inside. Even when there's no cars, they still ask to wait a moment. WHAT? Still 1 star and maybe this is all they can give. Go to Scooters!!!!!!

Waited in line for 20 minutes then I decided to drive to the window I saw the girl in the window face annoyed and she walked away without opening the window to talk and I waited there for over 5 minutes while they all acted busy and I decided to drive away after wasting almost 30 minutes and they could never even take my order. All I wanted was two donuts if I could I would give them 0 stars. Bad service 100%

staff on friday mid day had an attitude, fromthe first greeting to the end i asked a question and she clapped back with a rude tone of voice and just had an attitude up until i came up to the window , food was great and service was fast but shordy need a new job if she can’t fix her attitude.

Worst vanilla bean coolatta ever. It tasted like I was drinking crushed ice water with whipped cream on top. My husband got the strawberry coolatta, and it was so sour, it was inedible. Service was also horrible.
Asked for a large matcha latte with no ice. I was expecting the usual, fully filled large cup drink but without ice. They handed me a half filled large cup. When I asked why they gave me a half filled cup and if they were serious thinking giving me half of what I paid for was okay, the EXTREMELY rude lady in the drive through scoffed at us, threw her hands up, and said to her "manager", "Can you deal with her?" The girl who was the supposed manager said "I'm new that's just policy" policy?? It's policy to give someone who ordered a large drink a half filled cup? Might as well dump it into a medium or small and charge me for that size if you're only going to give half the drink. And when I asked to have it made filled to the top like it should be, the "manager" said "I can only add a little more milk". What? Seriously. I included the picture of how "full" it was AFTER she put more milk in it. Worst service I've ever had and these were the two nastiest ladies I've ever dealt with. And the donut they gave me was the wrong one. Get a new manager, this one sucks.
