If I could do no stars I would, they got my whole order wrong so I called to have it fixed, they offered free food instead of a refund. I declined because I don’t wanna order from them again if they got my order wrong the first time. Said the blenders broken, gave us the wrong donuts , completely forgot one of our items and refusing to refund saying they don’t know how to do it.

Donuts are always Awesome- The Croissants makes me think they leave it out for a few days it gets rock hard and then they pop it in the microwave for a 30 seconds.. I think they should stick to drinks and Donuts :) You want a soft cheap Croissant go a few blocks up to BK you wont be disappointed.

This place is spotlessly clean and has great and large breakfast sandwiches. The coffee was soooo good I bought a box of coffee and took it to work.

they have a bunch of incompetent people working. I drove 15 minutes and they get my order wrong. This isn’t the first time it happens at this location. I call and asked to speak to a manager and they don’t have anyone available. They tell me to bring the donuts back like if gas was cheap.

I went at 7 am to get coffee before my 8 am class. I waited for over 30 minutes in line behind 2 cars before I got to the order screen. Little did I know, there were no workers there to take our order as they had not even opened the store yet even though their hours are listed online as open at 7 am. This was ridiculous as I was late to class and didn't even end up getting coffee. If you enjoy being on time to places, avoid going to this store.

Absolutely the WORST Dunkins I've ever been to. We were on the road and stopped at 515 am. They were supposed to open at 430 am. The doors were locked. The worker rolled her eyes as she unlocked the door for the 5 other people who were waiting to get in. My wife ordered an iced latte, and the worker asked if she wanted creme and sugar. When my wife asked if it was already sweetened, the worker said, " I don't know, I don't drink this stuff." She also got jelly all over our bags and munchkin box. Next time in Omaha, I'll avoid this place like the plague.
