Three times now i have been asked to pull up to the front and my order will be brought to me, even just a simple hot coffee order. Each time they forgot about me and i had to go in. 10 minutes for a hot coffee is not ok, especially when i see people behind me going through the line with much more complicated orders.

Coffee has been bad the 3 times I’ve been here, the last 2 times I’ve been I’ve been over charged and given more then what I ordered and when asked to correct, they say they can’t and don’t provide refunds. Never a manager to speak to. Rude attitudes. Just horrible.

Super cute Dunkin’. It looked and smelled clean, decorated for Halloween, and the 2 baristas were pleasant and nice. One of the best Dunkin’s I’ve been into so far.

Nothing I like this location but this is the 3rd time in the past two months where something was wrong with my order....this is supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich and they didn't even put the top piece of bread on it ..

This isn't a donut shop anymore. They had about 6 donuts with a variety of filling or frosting. But they had a full breakfast board that rivals any burger joint you've been to.

There’s one specific girl who will deny service and say they are out of everything or that they aren’t serving food. I think she closes the Store down early Answers the drive-through and basically says you can’t order anything. Hope this location gets some better employee soon 630pm April 26th
I’ve now had two bad experiences in a row. The older lady who works in the mornings is extremely rude. They have conveniently refused to give me my receipt twice now. Well… the first time there was “no paper”. The second time they stated I could wait until a line of 15 people in the store ordered, then they’d print it. When I asked for it because my change didn’t add up.
Not to mention how they were out of the item I ordered but didn’t tell me til after I paid. Then gave me a different (cheaper) item but wouldn’t give me the difference.
Drive to a different Dunkin.

Avoid this place. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts inside the store. After 15 minutes we got our coffee but that was incorrect, one was supposed to have cream and sugar but was just black so had to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked where the donuts were the lady told me they were out. When I asked why she charged me for something she didn't have she rudely responded telling how many donuts they made that day as if this was my fault. When I asked for a refund she looked at me like I was crazy. Another worker from the back came up and gave us 2 random donuts instead of what we ordered. It was clear we weren't getting a refund so we took them and left. Will never go back.

This place might have the worst customer service out of any coffee shop in town, takes almost 20 minutes to get coffee even with small lines. It’s flat out pathetic, employees don’t even greet you when you come to intercom. Embarrassing how long it takes
