This place might have the worst customer service out of any coffee shop in town, takes almost 20 minutes to get coffee even with small lines. It’s flat out pathetic, employees don’t even greet you when you come to intercom. Embarrassing how long it takes

This is definitely one of the worst locations. I'll be contacting the store manager tomorrow and if it's not made right then I'll make my way further up the chain.
You don't charge someone for two large lattes, hand them two mediums, and when told they were supposed to be larges, pour the drinks into large cups, with now a quarter of the beverage missing and basically say "well there ya go".
And then I called to ask for the managers name so I knew who to ask for, the girl who answered was the one who handled the transaction and kept trying to over talk me. When I told her not to interrupt me, she hung up on me.
Solid customer service, you guys. Super solid.
If "Deb" doesn't make this right, I'll be sure to make my presence and grievance known all the way to the top. Because this treatment of your loyal customers has gone on way too long.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. We were the 2nd car to drive off that we saw.

Waited in drive through for about 30 minutes. Then they messed up my order but didn't have time to fix it since I waited so long. They didn't even greet me at the window.

This dude at the drive through was just incompetent. I asked for extra espresso he tried to do extra caramel.
On my medium drink, i got given a large, which would be cool for some people, but i ask for extra stuff in my coffee. And that throws off the ratio of how I like Dunkin.
My sandwich sides were burnt. These are some of the dumbest people to be hired

4 out of 5 things tried to order was t available. Rude staff and sat over ten minutes in drive thru before acknowledged.

The employees here don’t know how to make a drink. Had to reorder peppermint mocha latte the same drink twice today and they still got it wrong. Just gave me watered down black coffee. What a waste of money and time. Ended up just going to scooters.. Thankfully they know what they are doing.

Short of help, and one of the workers didn't care to help anyone. It was super busy, kids stopping in after school, they were the young lady's focus. The young man at drive theu was super busy but willing to help me.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. When I got to the window, I was told they were "out of food". I reached out to the customer service online to submit a refund request and was offered points instead of a refund. Then the store manager reached out and offered me hash browns instead of a refund of the 15$ I spent on sandwiches that I never got. Still have not received a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

When it comes to services place is the last place I will think of for good service. Every time I come here they’re so rude and my latest experience. The lady literally yelled at me and said what do you want after I couldn’t decide what I wanted. You guys have forever lost my business. And every time we order something through here it’s always missing an item or ingredient and it’s not at all we ordered
