I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes with no line. The guy just didn’t know how to take the order and then once we finally got to the window he tried handing us two drinks when I had only ordered one. When I corrected him and told him I only ordered one he got the manager and when she came to the window she was on the phone. I feel like No one is professional anymore and no one knows how to take an order correctly. Hopefully the service gets better.

Baylee was very kind and professional. When I said I wanted to try the new raspberry croissant, she said it was very good and she wasn’t just saying that because she worked there! She recommended I get it warmed as well and she was right! It was amazing! Coffee and food from here is always good along with great service. You are lucky to have an employee like her!

I come here every day. I am always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. And trust me… This is what keeps me coming to any establishment. Good service is hard to come these days! I have sat waiting in line here 15-30 minutes to get my coffee and donuts. I don’t understand how a manager can sit there and allow an employee to talk badly about a customer. I witnessed this today and it was disappointing. I run my own business and I know if I was to lose customers because of bad service they would be fired immediately. I am a customer that buys for me and my business. I spend $20 to $100 at this location on a regular basis. And you will lose my business and my family’s business. It’s sad because this is a block away from my home. We will take our business elsewhere. All because your manager didn’t do their job! Have a great day. 🤷🏻

People are usually nice, its just annoying the past 5 times we have come -not even during peak hours except once- theres either NO donuts or the machine is broken. its just annoying a dunkin donuts never has donuts or theres just always SOME issue. I get its a busy location so thats why I would always try a different time but its literally been almost every time ive came. Ive worked food service and with bakery and I thought if you know you're busy you prepare for that? Idk call me crazy. The coffee is usually good, the actual food is good, but yea just hella disappointing overall tho theres never donuts.
Oh scratch that we just good our coffee and it's extremely burnt to the point you can smell it. Super disappointed

The breakfast special was a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon with 6 crispy hashbrowns and coffee. The bagel sandwich and crispy hashbrowns were cold and soggy, the coffee was cold and tasted burnt (like it had been sitting on the burner for hours). Haven't tried DD in a while and it will be a while before I try it again.

Usually my girlfriend and I love dunkin. But today she got a latte and I got a macchiato. She took a sip of hers and it tasted like plain milk, mine tasted like black coffee. We were just out of creamer at home and wanted a special treat. Definitely disappointed. We ended up just going to caseys for coffee because today gas station coffee was better than what we were given. But our egg bites were really good!

if zero stars were possible that's would i would rate this location. every single time my order is wrong. asked for a latte got an iced coffee and when i asked for them to remake it they just threw a shot of espresso in the drink and some cream. my food order is also consistently wrong. save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.
