I want everyone who worked today STUDIED (11/30). They needed me to repeat my order way too many times (it was an iced latte with cold foam). Then when I finally got it, they forgot to add ESSPRESSO?!?! To a freakin latte. Thanks guys. Normally they’re way better than this.

Ordered a Spiced pumpkin iced latte & donut. When she handed me the drink I said "oh can I get whip cream", she said No and there was this awkward moment that we stared at each other. Okay? Then she said that would be a signature latte...wouldn't the appropriate response be yes, but it will cost an extra xyz....the picture on the board had whip cream on top of the drink. I go there multiple times per week and always receive excellent service. The staff and management are very friendly, go above and beyond to accommodate me, and my order is accurate. I think that a pro-tip would be to use the app for the fastest service if you know what you want and you can also avoid paying in the drive-thru window. I'll be back - they know it.
